Chefs counter is top tier. The food is outstanding. We ordered four drinks (must try sweet corn margarita and avocado margarita), several small plates and one entree (carne) for two people and our bill was only $200. Wonderful experience! Also, I didn’t order the sweet potato fennel dish at Alma Fonda and Alteno because I thought a potato couldn’t possibly be so good, but I finally tried it and cannot believe how absolutely spectacular those flavors are. Do not sleep on the sweet potato dish!

The decor is warm, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing ambience that instantly puts you at ease. Prices are great as well, especially considering the exceptional quality of the food and experience.

The staff is very nice – attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring. And our favorite bartender Steve always uplifts our visit with his energy, hospitality, and perfect drinks.

What an incredible meal! My husband and I shared one item from each section, and it was absolutely perfect. The pacing was faster than I expected, but I’m not complaining about that! Every course was perfect.

I’m a jerk for not remembering our servers name, as she guided us very expertly through the menu. Our Oaxaca old-fashioned cocktails were even better than the ones we have refined at home. They were clearer. I’m not sure what they’re doing differently, but I could have really gotten drunk if I wasn’t careful! Lol.

Reasonable prices, incredible food, very helpful service. I’m ready to go back.

We sat at the Chef’s Table, and it really added to the experience. Watching the kitchen at work brought some life to the meal, and the space itself looks sharp. The flatware, glassware, and plates all feel carefully chosen, which gives the place a polished feel without trying too hard.

The food had clear highlights. The carne asada was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The tres leches cake was another favorite. It was light, balanced, and not overly sweet.

Service was excellent. Our server knew the menu and ingredients in detail and had thoughtful answers to every question.

It was a memorable meal, and we are already planning to check out Chef Johnny Curiel’s other restaurants.

The food was delicious, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The atmosphere felt relaxed and comfortable, making the whole experience enjoyable. The avocado margaritas are delicious and although the dishes were delicious. One of our favorites was the snapper. I’d definitely come back again.

Few restaurants are worth their price tag in Boulder, but Cozobi rises above the rest! The kitchen stool seating is the best spot in the house and an opportunity to see the magic behind the delicious food they deliver! You truly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu and the staff are always willing to recommend their favorites!

Great restaurant in the heart of Boulder! Good, service, atmosphere, and menus are all on point. The mezcal selection is very good and they have many other creative beverage options. The food is excellent and you can’t go wrong with any path you take down the menu. Personally, I recommend the sweet potato, Caesar salad, and mole dishes. I look forward to dining here many more times in the future!

The food was delicious and well presented, and the atmosphere was elegant and inviting. It’s a great spot for a nice dinner. We went on a Saturday night without a reservation and had to wait about 30 minutes, so I’d definitely recommend making a reservation in advance. Overall, a wonderful experience and worth a visit.

Really enjoyed a team dinner here. The food was soooooo delicious. My favorite dishes were the sweet potatoes, guacamole and chips, scallops and tuna. For dessert, the tres leches was just perfect. We will be back!
