Walked in, immediately felt like the place was just in chaos. There were 4 people in front of my family and I, there wasn’t any chow main, by the time I got up to order there still wasn’t any chow main and the server had a very rude attitude. She looked at me disrespectful said the chow main would be 10 min. I said that’s fine. She then proceeded to make our orders wrong. Chow main took about 15 minutes still. Honestly it seemed everyone working hated their life and job and it really reflected back on the customers. Unfortunately we will not be back to this location.

It’s nice to know you are going to get consistency in taste and appearance so you know what to expect when you go to order. This location also has been consistently excellent in it’s service and accuracy. Nice also that location is down the walkway from the Encore Studio so we can pick up dinner after class. No long lines!

Employees flirting, playing around. Order for 8:30, arrived then. They had hardly begun filling it. Stood 20 minutes watching them play around trying to get one guy to cook several dishes. I think they were undercooked. SIX employees just shuffling around. No eye contact. Infuriating!!!

Drove home with my order and found they had only put the rice and chow mein in the box. No entrees. Had to drive back 10 minutes later to get my entrees. No apologies given or anything. Customer service and friendliness can definitely use a lot of improvement.

I didnt pay $7+ for a few pieces of meat and whole lotta rice. Please work on the entrée to sides ratio. The portion size is a joke. Its always the same! Its not coming out of your pockets (staff) then why be so stingy?

Panda Express’ food has NEVER tasted so badly. The chow mein was quasi burnt and bland, the rice was kind of mushy and bland, and the veggies were bland. The teriyaki chicken was the best item. In top of that LeeLee was border line rude. Will NOT return to this location.

I have been going to panda for last 4 years, last night I got food from this location and everything was having a sour taste and smell as if they have been using some real old oil, and the next morning my mom started to have some allergic reaction. This was the 3 time I went to this location and even last two time I had similar issues. I won’t prefer this location again.
