I received fast service and fresh food going through the drive thru on 9/22/2025 at around 7:45pm. I was greeted with a friendly person when I gave my order and a friendly person when I paid. My wait time was about 10-15 minutes, no more than that. I have zero complaints and I’m a super picky person

First time ordering from this location and they messed up my order. The details are printed on the receipt/entered into the screen. How hard is it to put three different types of food into one bowl….. it’s not rocket science.

I can’t believe how long this drive thru takes. For 1 bowl it took 30 minutes. Do not go through drive through unless it’s empty. The portion sizes were horrible too. I’ll never come back to this spot!

Waited almost 40 mins in drive thru, get to the window and had to be parked because they ran out of what I had order. Waited another 15mins. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 4 miles to the other Mitchell location in front of McDonald’s. Also food portions were plain out bad.
