They started off good when they first opened. But, the last three times I’ve ate there, the food looks like this. Did you sit on it before serving it to me? You are going to have to turn it around or you’re going to lose a lot if business. The customer behind me complained about there food as well.

I went through the drive thru Weds Feb 25th at 8:15 pm and ordered a 5 pc chicken tenders with bbq sauce. I received 6 pcs of chicken the size of my thumb I am a female. Some pieces looked cut in half. They had all been sitting so not only small but dried out. And cold. Two pieces were spicy. Eating out is a treat for me. I was so disappointed. I live in Moyock and wasn’t coming back. Teach your people to do better. Everyone knew what that box looked like. They could have offered a couple of pcs dark fried or one breast. $7.00 and a bad experience.

The staff members were great. All of them were very friendly, helpful, and professional.
Our food orders were correct, and we were served quickly. Each food item was well-prepared and delicious.
We had trouble with the Hardee’s App. Two staff members helped us correct the issue.
We’re glad we stopped at this Hardee’s for lunch. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

This is really the only breakfast option around the area without going to the next town over. So it gets busy for breakfast and I know the employees are busy. All im asking is slow down a little bit. We’re already getting pulled forward to wait. Take a extra minute because I have been getting over cooked biscuits which are hard as a rock when they cool. And nothing is worse than getting home and missing items. I hate pulling everything out of the smallest bag to check so I just cross my fingers. Most days yall do a great job. It’s just frustrating throwing your food away because it’s hard or missing items. Thank you for your time

This is the 3rd time this week I have been there and received over cooked food. Plus do you see the size of one of those chicken tenders. I really do believe they reheat the onion rings and chicken tenders in the fryer again.
I don’t think I will ever stop at that Hardee’s again. Which is a shame since Hardee’s is my favorite fast food place.

I ordered a Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich from the Hardee’s in Camden, NC. Its looks nothing like what they show on the TV commercial. Stop trying to compete with Popeyes!! Very disappointed.

Stopped for breakfast on the way to an appointment this morning. Hardee’s is the only fast food choice in our little town, and the line was around the building for the drive-thru, so I placed my order inside. I was greeted quickly and received my food within 5 minutes of walking through the door. At the time, I was the only person inside the restaurant. The sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with hash rounds was piping hot and delicious. Although I am not a fan of their burgers, their breakfast is spot-on.

1st time visiting this location. It was clean! Staff were good, did their job, but not too happy about it. Food was cooked as ordered. They got busier the longer we were there & they handled it well. Good experience, will come back if back in the area.
