This Panda Express location has a convenient location closer to different establishments, closer to the highway and has plenty of parking. Pleasant smooth dine in experience on a weekday afternoon, a little bit on the noisy with the music, people, and the sounds from the cooking. We had the bowl with honey walnut shrimp and chow mien, and the kung pao chicken and fried rice for my mom. Ofcourse the fortune cookies. Good customer service. Overall good experience at the Panda Express budget meal at the wine county.

I eat here at least 3 times per week. I always order online for pick up. They are always busy, but always deliver and provide good service. You can see every employee engaged and working hard.

Food is made fast and fresh. It’s gotten so expensive I just buy a family meal and they always short me on the shrimp they charge extra for. They used to stuff the boxes now they barely reach the top. The shrimp is always this empty. The teriyaki chicken has changed. It is way more fatty and it made the chicken slimy when you add the sauce. But the family meal value isn’t bad.

I love your chain of restaurants and have been to many cities. But I’ve never seen anything like Napa. Terrible service. I asked for a large plate, pointed to the dishes that I want. The staff forgot to put me one, I showed that I need three different ones. When they gave me the food, I saw that they put only two types . I called the manager and asked them to give me different servings, not two of the same. The manager started saying that it was my fault for not explaining to them which portions to choose. I asked for a substitute dish. She refused, this was happening in front of the customers. I got upset, but I didn’t fight. I just never go to Panda Express Napa again.

Great service. I typically come here for an affordable dinner for my family. Most recently the server offered me a small drink while I waited for my mobile order since she noticed I was waiting a long time even though I was just here early. You can tell the team cares about their timely service.
