So I went for a 30 min drive just to get Panda Express and I was so excited and then I open the container as I get home & it’s half full and I paid $10.90 fora a large container of it. I was so upset. I still am. Wondering if there’s anything they can do about this.

I’ve got to hand it to this Panda Express! — even though prices have gone up a bit, they haven’t shrunk the portions like so many other places have. The food still comes out fresh, hot, and consistent every time I stop by. The staff moves quick, the place stays clean, and you can tell they care about keeping quality up. Definitely one of the better Panda locations around.

It’s 9:19 am. A little early for Panda, I understand…but this locations hours are 9am to 11am. So explain why I am being ignored by every worker, doors are locked and I am being looked at like the crazy person by the staff?
Your google page as well as a picture on the side window indicated you should be open.
If the hours are not that, they should be changed and your workers should at least come to the door and acknowledge the customer.
Update: Manager arrived and definitely tried to help me. He was very apologetic and offered to make my food for me. I left anyway because my attitude was shot after waiting so long and being ignored. He was amazing, his staff much less than

Im sorry but in never ever having Panda Express!!!! I ate some yesterday noon. The Chicken teriyaki was not cooked enough. Now I’m at 1am with stomach ache, diarrhea and now a headache.
