Absolutely horrible experience. First off when you go into the restaurant, the door is exceptionally hard to open making it very hard to even walk into the restaurant. Second, they keep the temperature of the restaurant at 63° basically making you freeze if you want to eat inside the restaurant number four the choices of drinks are limited and most of the time they are out. Next the trash cans are designed for you to spill stuff all over the floor as you take your tray over to the trashcan and try to push it open. The trashcan is designed to knock the stuff off of your tray and onto the floor based on how it’s set up making you the one who cleans up all of the messes this is an absolutely horribly run restaurant here. Do not go there. Lastly, when did they start weighing their food? They literally weighed my food scoop some out and put it back into the bin and then gave it to me like, what the hell is going on here?

I’m extremely upset that I’ve only posted about this now because this is the 3rd time it’s happened to me where it’s been about 9:20 they’re supposed to close at 10 PM but they start cleaning everything and cleaning up at 9 o’clock and that means they’re not cooking any more food so when you get here when you’re supposed to be open and serving food they don’t have any because they’d rather stave a couple dollars and this million dollar corporation pride billion dollar corporation doesn’t want to mix good with their hours of operation and this is not OK especially when I drive so far to come get it interested to be open there was nothing left literally nothing left maybe 2 things that would have been able to be served to somebody there’s no main courses left no rice noodles And there’s almost an hour left that they’re supposed to be open that is not OK it is not OK. This is The type of greediness that is playing this world where a corporation making billions doesn’t want to lose 5 or $10 in materials of food but they’d rather pay their employees an extra hour for standing around Doing nothing and serving no customers because they don’t have any food I need a family meal there’s no way that I’m going to get a family melody here in fact I need to family meals it’s to be correct but of course there’s no food here and they’re closing down an hour early like they always do it’s not right change your hours or change your employees on the proper way to pandel look more people walking in right now amazing just leaving in Disgust.

I went to Panda Express tonight ordered the walnut shrimp, chow mein an orange chicken. Both my shrimp and orange chicken smelled like mold the disgust and they smelled exactly like chemicals something like cleaning chemicals to be exact. This is disgusting . I will never go back to Panda Express again. I am highly disappointed in you Panda Express. Also cannot return food to get my money back due to the women at register not giving my receipt when asked. Never again!

It’s May 1st and I ordered the big plate
I wanted chew mein, power greens and spring rolls and my 4th was string beans/chicken and sweet sour for the rolls… I get home opened the bag and no spring rolls! And last month I ordered the same plate get home no sweet sour! Called their number tells you no one’s available!

Case Mods
They give you less portions here than Antioch. So drive a little farther, get more food, and don’t even have to go in because they have a drive through. It will be well worth it. They don’t even give you a small sample in your plate if you ask. The girl dishing out food was very rude and unhelpful. Won’t be going here again. This is why I hate getting food in richer areas. Always more expensive and less portions. Learned my lesson. for sure. Hope this helps.

We love panda express, and we came with just the right time, before a huge rush, which left a long line all the way until we were leaving. They had plenty of food, the staff were helpful and friendly and reasonably efficient. I think I did have a miscommunication about what I was ordering so I ended up paying for one more à la carte entrée than I wanted, but generally speaking I was having with my experience.

I was attempting to order some teriyaki chicken- not only was everything mislabeled and cleaned out (it was 9:08 at night they close at 10. 5 people standing around in the back and some people cleaning things up while others were goofing off.) I asked the worker who was super nice and sweet when I asked her if it was old and had sat out for a bit and she said ya it’s been sitting for a minute here. I asked if she could make anything fresh and she said ya we can and another girl who clearly wasn’t trying to do any work came up and said well there’s stuff already in the bowl (barely even half full) she kept saying no we can’t make anything more until we get rid of this one. She kept being passive and looking at us like what’s the big deal about trying to buy old meat- again it was literally 9 o’clock and walking in it clearly looked like they were just closing up. So keep in mind if you come here an hour before closing maybe even 2-3 they’re most likely taking all the food out and closing everything up and saying they can’t make anymore food just because they don’t wanna do extra work.
