I have come many times to this place, but now the fried rice taste awful. Like a burned taste and smells like it. Theres even a burned egg on my plate. Glad I ordered half and half otherwise it would be worse. Sad to see that now it’s quantity over quality service. Kinda sucks.

Was denied service at the store because the employee lied and said my card debit was “denied 3 times” and was now locked, I had my card turned off because I lost my wallet the previous day. So after the first attempt I turned it back on and asked to try again and she refused to process my order! I didn’t even have time to argue as I had to get to work just asked if she was going to ring up the total again and she said, “no”.

The Asian woman that work on Tuesday and Monday typically serve the right amount of food, don’t go on Wednesday that’s when a small Asian guy serves you terribly, I don’t care man I purchase large entree of orange chicken it should be filled to the top I pay almost $12 just for a large entree.

These 2 Filipino women were treating customers like the place was a bustling sweat shop. Rudely would “demand” customers what they wanted and the portions were sloppily thrown into the container with the smallest amount. I was asking for a receipt and the Filipino women who was checking me out got offended and told me to get the receipt myself from the machine. Never going there again, avoid this place.

This is my grand daughter’s favorite fast food place. If she can’t get authentic then Panda is her go to spot. We go here on her birthday with her BFFs and they get everything on the menu and share.
