Multiple times the staff has been distracted by their side conversations and will not include either chili sauce soy sauce or fortune cookies, And when you ask for the items requested that were not included you get an annoyed look back. The food is good like all other pandas it is just unpleasant to go to this location. Does anyone else agree?

This location is great with fast service, always double checking the order and nice to us the customer. I recommend ordering online because of the long lines and only sending one person to pick up because there tends to be a lot of people in line.
