One star because the bread is consistently stale. So stale you can put finger holes in it. It basically ruins the whole sandwich. I won’t be paying almost $13 dollars on a sandwich here anymore unless they can give me a quality bread.

This location doesn’t have word of honor they will cheat you on your purchase, they charge a lot for sandwiches that they don’t prefer base on the menu. I got cheated on my purchase and because I paid cash there’s nothing I can do about it. They even made me sound like I’m lying because when I went to claim my sandwich they said they can’t give it to me because base in there camera they put everything they should of course they will say that because they don’t want to admit that there employees cheating there customers base on there request it shows clearly in the picture I took that they didn’t put what they said they did also they don’t have any signs that said there recording customers in there surveillance camera. That’s invading customers privacy. There’s also a lot of comments that they didn’t get what they paid for so I’m not the one who’s lying they are. You can see in there menu what you should be getting but your not going to get that and no I didn’t ask to remove other toppings I even ask for extra that I didn’t get either.

Been to a bunch of Jersey Mikes and this was a good one. The Buffalo chicken came super hot (temperature) and the fresh veggies were cold. I like it loaded and it gets sloppy but the sandwiches was made great. Also got the #6 and the wife said it was ok.

I went in for a late lunch and place was kinda empty. The girls there seems like they’re in a bad mood. No greetings and I ask a question and got a snap response from the 1st girl. The 2nd girl ask if I wanted it Mike’s way and I said I wanted everything except the onion. As I was paying I didn’t get to see if she put pickles & jalapeños peppers and she said she did. Got back to work to eat and there were only lettuce n tomatoes! This place needs to change their attitude and be trained how to make a sandwich. If u don’t like your job go work somewhere else.

This Jersey Mikes does a great job. They get you in and out quickly. The dining floor, tables, & drink/condiment areas are kept clean. Last time I was here the card reader was having issues but Madison got it sorted out and helped me on my way. This time I got my favorite: a regular #2 Mikes way w/ a Pepsi, Cool Ranch Doritos, & a Chocolate TASTYKAKE (SoGood)

This is my favorite Jersey Mikes . They always have fresh ingredients. The employees here are fast efficient and have great attitudes. Never disappointed. Ive came here for quite a while too. Ill always recommend this specific location.

I just left from this location and I must say the customer service was AMAZING!!!! Whoever the Boss is at this location today’s experience was WONDERFUL!!! Even though I only ordered a sandwich I want to thank “HAYAT” WHO TOOK MY ORDER, “YASMINE” I BELIEVE WITH THE BRACES WHO MADE MY ORDER, “ALIDEN” AND “LILIANNA”& “MAFEES” THANK YOU ALL!!! They made me an awesome custom #16 today. It more or less replicates this “chicken cordon bleu” sandwich I used to get at a local mom n’ pop where I grew up.
It’s a #16 add ham and mushrooms, add mayo and mustard, no pepper strips, no white American cheese, add Swiss cheese, extra-extra toasted white bread.

I’ve always been highly impressed when it comes to jersey mikes however today when I was in store I saw a very disappointing situation at the broadway location on may 20th and was very disturbed with what happened. A person was ordering and a younger women with short hair and hazel eyes was purposely misgendering a customer, the customer told the young lady what they identify as and she continued to dismissively and rudely apologize and you can tell it was not sincere. The customer got very uncomfortable and the customer was clearly dressed as a women but the young girl working identities her as a “sir”. The whole situation was handled extremely unprofessional by the employee. The customer might not speak up about this but I will because it made me uncomfortable and no one should be treated like that. Management needs to stand up to workers like this that don’t have simple morales.
