Why do u always mess up on my orders??? I specifically said add more meat less veggies so tell me where the chicken is in my string bean chicken? Even my plate has more string beans u did the exact opposite of what i asked. Im so done with this location too. You r further away from me and none veggies cooked right they were all hard and no meat just string beans

I will likely not be coming back to this location. I come to this location all the time and it is usually a great experience, however the last two time I have had a terrible experience with the same server, a young very petite Asian girl. I thought my last experience was just a one off encounter but today confirmed that the issue is actually her. In both occasions she seemed annoyed at the fact I had a large order and she Rush me through the line as quickly as possible. She was very stingy with the portions like incredibly stingy. Each plate had 3 pieces of chicken in each compartment and she wasn’t paying attention because she got my order wrong 3 times which is difficult to do considering I’m telling her what I want as she puts it in the tray but anyway, my experience was terrible and I feel completely ripped off. I spent 62.00 and the portions were very small and the white rice wasn’t even fully cooked. Picture if one of the plates I paid extra for because of the shrimp.

Welcomed me into the space. Served me a sample for the hot orange chicken. Lots of workers but somehow he sampled, prepped and did the cashier. Professional service which is very hard in this space. Spencer is going places, keep up the work. That’s what separates you from 99% of workers.

I have been a loyal customer to Panda Express since the first Fresno location opened up inside the Vons on Cedar in the late 90s which is no longer there. I would have given this location a one star but not all of my experiences have been poor. On 9/12/25 @6:30 I go in for the same plate I always get; 50/50, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken. It is standard that the employees check the plate before payment. I go home only to find no teriyaki chicken and the smallest portion of chow mein. I’ve receive small portions from time to time but this was the lowest of low as far as service. I hope service improves although I will not be returning. I ended up driving back for a refund.

This photo is the pile up of orders for Teriyaki Chicken. I mean I absolutely get it if they were out of some food not everyone wanted, but this is a staple dish. This isn’t the first time either. This location never seems to have food prepared for when they run out. Wait to order and a wait to get the food.
