I’m now at 30min in the drive thru, I don’t get how it can take so long? The poor window girls look just as frustrated, while trying to stay friendly. After 30min in the drive thru, I’ve been sent to wait in the parking lot… Sounds like they might need a new manager…

I had never been to Panda Express, there is one close to the hotel we are staying at. So I convinced to try it. Pulled though the drive-thru, and ordered. Pulled up to the window and paid, I was told, “It will be just a minute” they are making the beef and broccoli. Okay, pulled around to the front. About 12 minutes later someone comes out with an order and goes to the truck next to us(who was behind us in line) and we asked about our order. It will be out in just a minute 5 minutes later our order comes out. Went back to hotel, not more than a minute down the road. Thought I’d try a egg roll and a spring roll, cool at best. Not cold, but certainly not hot. I had ordered Beijing beef, now I’m not sure but is the beef supposed to be crunchy? I believe the entire meal for 3, over forty dollars worth of food, wasn’t worth it and only half edible at best

Take your money elsewhere. Came in with my family in the evening, ordered the greens and angus beef on one plate and broccoli and beef on another.. veggies on both plates were spoiled sour, and the steak was overcooked/burned. Manager asked me to bring my plate over, opened and had me hold it while I explain to her what was wrong for the 3rd time. She wanted to give me store credit, I dont plan on returning. Only offered a refund on one plate, after I insisted . Very cold, unapologetic and the worst experience I’ve had at a Panda Express.

Came here at 1pm and the employees seemed like they don’t want to be there at ALL. When I was ordering from this lady there was 1 employee who yelled in the back about cooking more food and the way he said it made me uncomfortable. I believe his tag read Ever i couldn’t see it cleary. The lady who took my order was kind and apologized about what had happened because i couldn’t hear her over them talking. The cashier had an attitude while charging me what was already an overpriced plate. Would eat panda again just not from this location.

One of the better Panda Expresses I’ve seen. It’s really big and really clean. They have a separate food-serving area for drive through, which cuts down the general wait time a lot. The staff are pleasant and welcoming. The food is standard PE, so nothing out of the ordinary here. A nice new spot for quick, hot, decent food in Tehachapi. No complaints.

Came through the drive thru around 10:15am of course I expected the food to be fresh and it was except the fried rice, was old and dried out. Got a 2 item plate orange chicken and beef and broccoli. Had to go back in to show them what they gave me, the portion of beef and broccoli was quite literally all broccoli with one sliver of beef. She corrected it giving me some more beef with more broccoli that I didn’t ask for. Went to do a survey and I can’t because they gave me a grill ticket. I want my receipt I am due. I feel they do this on purpose and now I know why they are seeking management, they are in desperate need of some leadership in customer service.

I ordered almost 56$ worth of food. First I waited after drive thru 15 min for them to bring my food to my car. Then I get home and eat my food. My orange chicken was hard and burnt and the missed my sesame chicken I ordered. Then i am looking for my chow mein I ordered and it was all vegetables no chow mein.

We ordered food to-go utilizing the drive thru as we were passing through the area but when we arrived home (30 miles away) we realized that they neglected to give an item for the bigger plate combo.
As we were so far away I called to see if they’d adjust the ticket. They invited me to come back to get the missing item. When I told them the distance they told me that I could drive back (60 miles round trip out of our way) to get the item but that they would not adjust the ticket on any way.
The food was excellent, above par for my experience with Panda Express, but the care to ensuring the order is right is sub par and the customer service in this situation was horrendous.
