The manager got upset because I requested my side to be replaced because they did not taste fresh. She stated to let them know so that I can wait for them to bring out fresh food. Because they don’t like to give away food. I paid for it. I threw away the other side. Plus she had given some other lady a free item right before I asked her for this replacement. Instead of making the customers wait for you guys need to have fresh food upon arrival. This was after 11 AM so no excuse why half of her trays were empty. She needs more training on Customer Service.

Service unfortunately for this location HORRIBLE. 10/20/2025 7pm manager on duty refused to use kids school award coupons as she insisted they needed to be in paper and on hand when the online coupons said otherwise. Furthermore the coupon states to simply use tge attached code online while ordering but the manager insisted it should’ve been ordered prior to entering the store. Absolutely No! “Can Do Attitude

Review for March 6th 2022. This particular Panda Express is located in east Palmdale California. Good spot to have lunch and I especially like the Kung Pao chicken. The staff is fairly nice and the food is okay. Honestly not bad for a quick take out when you’re in the mood for some Americanized Chinese food. I honestly don’t come here often but when I do, I can expect the same service and quality food has always. I’m not guilty, to say that I do appreciate customer service and good food. Thank you very much for today’s visit.

Arrived and the line was around the corner. Our turn to place order and told the lady in black shirt what we wanted and she got order wrong. Didn’t notice til we got home to see wrong order for wife’s food.. People always check your order before you leave. Also got a small portion of food not full trays as.other places..

Took my daughter here after graduating high school unappetizing and expensive ordered chow mein and got a side of cabbage teriyaki chicken not cleaned very poor quality meat no meat in the green bean chicken . Would have been better off buying TV dinners.

This came out to be 13$ and it kinda looks deceiving in the pic. In person it was way less. I’d need to spend 50-60 at this place to get full, crazy. Check your bag before you leave or better yet go to a different place
