I went in to this place. First off they didnt have angus stake in the moment so i waited like 20 minutes untill it was ready once i got my order after waiting. All i got was like 5 pices of angus stake. Like if the workers get charged if they serve more than 5 pices of steak or something smh this place is the most stingy panda in all tulare people are slow and unwilling to give costumer service if you want more bank for your buck go to china inn atleast they serve good portions worth for your money.

I experienced a manager that performed like a conductor in an orchestra while playing the piano and violin simultaneously. Sebastian handled the front service on his own, while calling out what was needed ahead of time. My food was cooked perfectly and it was a happy atmosphere.

Witnessed staff being horrible to a homeless lady
Someone bought the lady some dinner an they didn’t even allow her to eat her meal inside the manager and another staff was laughing as they used a loud speaker to tell her she needs to leave it was disgusting like that’s a human being

I am a truck driver passing through California and decided to stop at my favorite place panda express. My experience at Panda are not so great but the food is wonderful so I was already mentally prepared for a letdown. Surprisingly the manager, Sebastian and the lady in the front of the cashier Maria, providing me with really wonderful service the food was warm. Sebastian is very friendly and knows how to treat his customers and so is Maria if you want to be treated fairly and leave happy our suggestion come to this location Sebastian and Maria. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
