Went through the drive thru and had to park. Waiting 30 minutes for the smallest portion, noodles were mostly cabbage. Ordered 4 items, all about the same. Do better Panda.

Definitely the smallest portions of any panda I’ve been to. I ordered a single order of spring rolls and asked for sweet and sour sauce and the lady in drive-thru gave me one. I asked her if I could purchase a couple extra and she got really upset at me and closed the window. I had to park and go inside again I offered to purchase them where they gave them to me for free. Won’t be returning to this location.

Every time I try to order in the drive thru, I am interupted with a anything else while I am ordering. The orders are correct 50 percent of the time. The food is inconsistent. I drive to their other location for a more positive experience. Management cannot be bothered if you try to speaking with them.

Have been here 3 different times in a matter of 3 weeks. First visit I go to order and then they ask how I plan to pay. I said by card and they inform me they are 9nly excepting cash due to there card reader being down. I fi wanted to pay with card ID jave to go online and order. 2nd time I went through the drove through and same thing again cash only, 3rd time I went in and walked right out cause they didn’t have majority of there items ready yet and they had been open for 30 plus minutes. I use to enjoy going to this location but it seems to be going down hill lately.

This location is good if you go in and order, but don’t go through the drive through. The last three of four times I’ve gone through, the portions have been small and they haven’t gotten the order right. This time, I tried using a gift card that I knew had money on it. They brought it back with a receipt saying that it had zero balance. The receipt, however, didn’t match my order, so I called the number on the card to check my balance and it wasn’t zero . A soon as I got to the window, I asked to add something to my order that I’d forgotten and was told they don’t allow ordering at the window . They seem annoyed to serve you and bothered by any extra request you might have like… Napkins. Oh, and if you can’t see the super greens, don’t order them. Tonight, I had super cabbage .

I found a piece of plastic in my orange chicken and when I took it to them the manager threw it away and then pulled out a onion peeling and said it was an onion peeling but it wasn’t she was very rude and she wouldn’t refund me and she wouldn’t remake the order either me and my wife and kids threw away all our food and took our business elsewhere I just hope no one finds this in their kids food

Don’t go through the drive thru if you want good service or food. I ordered 2 plates and a bowl tonight. The lady at the speaker was very nice and got my order correct on the screen. We drove up to the window paid and received our food. We purchased 2 portions of teriyaki chicken and we knew the packets they give us are small so I asked for extra. They gave us just 1 more packet. I ordered fried rice and my husband chow mein. They gave us both chow mein. I ordered honey walnut shrimp, which I’m sure they were promoting because the girl at the speaker asked if I was interested in it, which I said yes. I got orange chicken instead of the honey walnut shrimp that cost me extra because it’s a premium item. The girl at the window looked like she hated her job. Overall horrible experience.
