Oh my goodness gracious it’s good! 1 delicious blueberry pancake is all it takes! I tried Goetta for the first time and it was very good it tastes a lot like boudin. The service was great and the locals were friendly. If you are looking for something to complain about then this would not be your kind of place. Bring cash.

Family’s Main Street is exactly the kind of place you hope to find when you sit down for breakfast.
I stopped in this morning and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Heidi, and from the moment she said hello, I felt welcomed. She’s kind, warm, and has that genuine friendliness that makes you feel like you belong there — not rushed, not overlooked, just taken care of.
The breakfast itself was incredible. Honestly, it felt like sitting at my mom’s kitchen table.
What I really loved is that this is truly a family place. You can bring the kids, bring the grandparents, bring everyone — and feel good about it. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and full of that small-town Main Street charm that’s hard to find anymore.

My daughter and I stopped at Family’s Main Street Café in Walton for lunch this week and really enjoyed it. I ordered the eggs, goetta, and biscuits with coffee, and my daughter had the fried bologna sandwich with onion rings. Everything was cooked fresh to order and tasted amazing—comfort food at its best.
We did have to wait a little while at the table since nothing is pre-made, but it was absolutely worth it for the quality. The café has that welcoming, small-town charm that makes you feel right at home.
One important note: they don’t take cards, so be sure to bring cash or a check.

Had not been to Family’s in quite a few months due to some dietary changes I needed to make; however, as always, their food was delicious and perfect. Had a cheeseburger platter. Their coleslaw is the best around. Their pies are delicious with heaping meringue on top. I love the chocolate pie. Great service, multiple food selections, great food!

This place is having own atmosphere. It was very local and very crowded in the nice way. Delicious pancake, I will come back to eat more pancakes next time. Vegetable omlet was also good and stuffed with onions, tomatoes and pepper.

A nice old-fashioned restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere and comfort food. I visited sort of at the end of breakfast and beginning of lunch, when the crowd of older folks gave way to an influx of working people. By the time I left they had a full house but seemed to be handling the business just fine. I had the Dragster Grilled Chicken Breast, covered with diced tomatoes, onions, and green peppers, which was pounded out and nicely grilled. It would have been perfect smothered in some melted cheese. I’ll have to ask for that next time. My sides were a HUGE baked potato baked just right and a side salad; all that with coffee for under $15. The server and the proprietor both checked on me more than once. It was a good experience I hope to repeat soon!
