Charlene the manager and her staff are very friendly and stepped up to help us prepare for a little potluck tomorrow. They recognized our needs and suggested a party platter. Charlene stepped into action when the unusual order hit the register even though she was on break and frequently greeted guests and acknowledged regular patrons as they cam through.
Food wise, Panda Express is pretty consistent with providing great food options with consistent quality. However, you haven’t lived until you have tried the orange chicken. Definitely stop by for a bite, your mouth deserves it.

The service here is always really nice, the floor plan is nice and clean. But you definitely have to watch and dig through your food to make sure what your buying is what your eating . This photo was taken at the outside seating area.

I will never order Panda Express again! The side order of Orange Chicken was 4 small pieces! So disappointing… the broccoli beef had 3 broccolis… you lost a customer.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
The staff here are unprofessional, rude, and completely untrained in how to handle delivery orders. As a delivery driver, I was shocked to be ordered by the employees to prepare the customer’s drink myself — something that is their job, not mine. When I refused (because drivers are not allowed to touch the store’s food/drinks), they acted irritated and dismissive, as if their own responsibility was somehow mine.

This is unacceptable, unsafe, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers AND delivery workers.
If this is how they treat drivers, I can only imagine how poorly they treat guests.

Management needs to address this immediately — retrain the staff, fix the attitude problem, and enforce basic service standards. This location is giving Panda Express a terrible reputation.

I just ordered my panda express here at this location. The gentleman Who took my order had such a great attitude he treated me with respect and was able to accommodate to all my needs five star service best service I’ve ever had at a Panda Express I was scared was gonna feel like a burden, but instead, I felt the opposite I felt welcomed and appreciated. I wish I got his name.

They’re a little skimpy on portions. I’d recommend the noodles over the rice. The mushroom chicken I got on my plate only had 1 piece of chicken. Tasty food but corners are cut here and there.

They up charged me to a big plate by adding two half orders of Chow Mein. So I went back a second time to test it out and yet again they charged me for a “big plate” when I only ordered 2 items and a side. This time on the receipt, they put down I purchased fried rice and chow mein, which I didn’t. DONT GO HERE. THEY ARE SCAMMING EVERYONE

Panda in Aliso used to provide a good service and not cheat on portions. This is now the second time that I have paid for something, and not received it.

First time I ordered Pepper Steak, and received nothing but veggies, no pepper steak whatsoever.

Today I ordered Beijing Beef, to receive a plate with 0 Beijing Beef at all.

Understood that mistakes happen, but quite frankly it is not difficult to read what is printed on top of the box and scoop out of the tray labeled Beijing Beef. Not rocket science here. When I pay for something, I expect to get it.

Will not be getting food from this company again.

Hi, I was at this location at about 2;20pm on 4th of July and placed a mobile order just after parking.

After going in and realizing they hadn’t yet received my order because I inadvertently sent order to a different store location that I normally use, they said they could save me a trip by calling other store and canceling that order. Luckily someone finally answered and they were able to get it canceled.

I’m writing this review to applaud the manager and team members for going above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks again!

I had the most awesome and wonderful experience I’ve ever had at any US restaurant (fast food or full service or even Michelin) at this location tonight. Berenice greeted us and helped with our orders. She was not only welcoming and friendly and provides excellent service, but you can feel that she genuinely cares and respects her job. She also offers to give the remaining pieces of the walnut shrimp dish as a complimentary side because they were out of it. I was very impressed with this level of customer service and wanted to give tips, but didn’t have the option to do so with my credit card payment, so I chose to donate to their charity. When I did, they rang a bell and the whole employee team said “thank you” in the most genuine way – this might just be their management training/strategy, but this tells you how much Panda Express cares about their customers as well as their employees, and about giving back. Thank you to Berenice and the whole team there tonight – you made this world more beautiful by caring.
