Unfortunately, Panda’s website directed me to the wrong “location near me”. It’s totally on me that I didn’t catch it as I typically double check and just didn’t since I had given access to my location. After quickly realizing the order went to this location, I called to let them know. I was advised that they would simply cancel the order and I would be refunded within 2-3 business days. Unfortunately, it’s just over 2 weeks later now. I called the store again a few days back. The girl who answered literally laughed when I explained what had happened so far and said they couldn’t help, so another person took over the call. Again, I wasn’t upset as I messed the order up. I was told to be patient as nobody had started the process to generate my refund. They then said before hanging up, “no promises as we don’t typically do refunds, but good luck.”

Again, ordering at the wrong place is my fault as I didn’t double check panda’s accuracy and this location is 35 minutes from me. I’m posting this solely because they provided poor customer service and then set an expectation for a refund (without me prompting) only to laugh and tell me “we don’t refunds” 2 weeks later. Again, this review is solely based on poor customer service and in hopes that management sees the types of experiences other customers may potentially be receiving as well.

A good example of the death of American retail and the lack of affordability. Basically 20 for what used to be 10. Only had a couple dishes ready to go.. no need to prep if there’s no-one buying. Guessing this location won’t last.

Good food, nice staff. But they should know when foods sit there for too long. They just put fresh veggies out but put the old dried up bits on top instead of throwing them away the guy put it in my plate. Sadly it was my lunch time and I’m pregnant so I ate around it.

I use to like this place a lot they are located in the Lowe’s parking lot and there customer service failed me right away we were waiting in line and the person helping just walked away and left us standing for over 5 minutes without even acknowledging that we were there and when they did get around to us in a lagging fashion none of the food was ready fresh or hot we had to wait another 15 minutes for that and the lady who was working named Daisy was very rude and had an attitude towards me and several other customer’s not sure if them being closed 30 minute after had any thing to do with lack of food but as a business you should be prepared when I got home and opened up the plate of food it was horrible small portions that were thrown all in together this place use to be good years ago but now it was just a waste of money I don’t wish this type of service on any paying Customer and will till all my Friends and family about my experience I had here !!!

this recent fast food chinese visit was low quality from the attitude of the young lady behind the register. i noticed the cook in the back was also just sitting around while people were waiting for food and there were a few empty bowls. my plate was just orange chicken (which was underserved) with beef and broccoli as well. the management should take a step up and have more food be prepared instead of having people wait in the line and other food and orders start to get cold.

Just left this spot and what a total disappointment, apparently they changed there portion size to 3 and a half Pieces of chicken and when I said something to two different employees they argued its there new portion size as of 4 days ago.
I will be contacting there head office and will be confirming this or if they just lied due to lazy work ethic.

100% lost my business no way am I paying $20+ for some noodles/rice and less then a few bites of chicken.

Really hope this isn’t the new portion size or expect panda to be out of business in the next few years as competitive companies crush there portion and quality of food and definitely better customer service elsewhere.

Update: called there location manager and showed he did not care made excuses and can tell his lack of experience of being a manager and care of customer service.
I’ll be taking the steps to follow up on this with Panda Restaurant Group and make sure this location is investigated for ripping off customers and skimping portions.

Terrible. So sad to even write this review.
Found a sticker mixed in with my vegetables.
Called location to inform management of findings and she asked me what I wanted her to do?
I asked for a refund of this meal as the others had been fine. But you would think that would be the first thing she thought of! She was bothered that I even called about it, and acted like I was wasting her time. Received my refund 3 days later, which is normal. But I will never return again. On top of this the noodles tasted like they had sat in oil all night before being served. Ughh.

Hello, I brought the Family Meal from this Panda Express and then I got home and open the food it’s not even full box. One of the box is 60% full. In the Panda Express there was no rush and nobody in line on that day at that time. The food is overcooked and not fresh. I want to give this zero stars
