Again, ordering at the wrong place is my fault as I didn’t double check panda’s accuracy and this location is 35 minutes from me. I’m posting this solely because they provided poor customer service and then set an expectation for a refund (without me prompting) only to laugh and tell me “we don’t refunds” 2 weeks later. Again, this review is solely based on poor customer service and in hopes that management sees the types of experiences other customers may potentially be receiving as well.
I will be contacting there head office and will be confirming this or if they just lied due to lazy work ethic.
100% lost my business no way am I paying $20+ for some noodles/rice and less then a few bites of chicken.
Really hope this isn’t the new portion size or expect panda to be out of business in the next few years as competitive companies crush there portion and quality of food and definitely better customer service elsewhere.
Update: called there location manager and showed he did not care made excuses and can tell his lack of experience of being a manager and care of customer service.
I’ll be taking the steps to follow up on this with Panda Restaurant Group and make sure this location is investigated for ripping off customers and skimping portions.

Called location to inform management of findings and she asked me what I wanted her to do?
I asked for a refund of this meal as the others had been fine. But you would think that would be the first thing she thought of! She was bothered that I even called about it, and acted like I was wasting her time. Received my refund 3 days later, which is normal. But I will never return again. On top of this the noodles tasted like they had sat in oil all night before being served. Ughh.
