Food was consistently McDonald’s. It was challenging to get a human at the counter. So it took me a while to order and get my food. It was clear the drive thru took all the resources. Very short staffed. The employees looked clearly Anna visibly over worked.

The food here was good. Typical mcdonalds. The place is modern and has been remodeled no too long ago. It’s clean and the staff is friendly. Cheeky place to stop on the way to Shawnee peak or as the libs make us call it now a days pleasant mountain.

$5 for a large fry and they only fill it half way. So, I went back after I called the manager. They then gave me a medium and a large fry after wasteful throwing my previous food away. The large and medium fry fit in the large container. See video. The personnel and manager were nice, but please stop ripping off your customers.

Pretty standard McDonald’s, went through drive thru so not sure about inside but the drive thru moved quickly and efficiently, with an upbeat mood and a smile. Great drive thru team!

We come here all the time and it is hit or miss. When we come inside to eat and choose table service every time they just yell the number from the counter instead of walking it to the table like they are supposed to, also they never put a drink with it so you have to ask for the cup that comes with the meal. I’m very frustrated with this. I have 3 kids and when I come here alone with them and I need them to bring it to the table they don’t and I don’t feel comfortable leaving my kids at the table alone to go get the food. When we go through the drive thru majority of the time everything is perfect. Then we ordered pies this visit and they said they only had 1 and it would be a few minutes for the other ones and after 20 minutes we asked and they said 5 more minutes they are putting them in boxes and then went talking to the manager he said that they were just putting them in the oven and will cook for 12 minutes so we got our money back from that. The best manager at this location is Lisa and unfortunately everyone else seem incompetent. (9/24/22)
