We were stoping at this place on the way to home after a long trip. This specific location is very busy still the staff is working pretty efficiently but, made us relaxed after a long drive. Especially, Melissa and Sky are serving customers so joyfully. I am sure it must be really stressful providing services as fast as they can. Yet, Melissa made it look fun and she seems to be enjoying what she is doing. Thank you Panda Express. Keep up the good work.

I have been a customer of Panda Express for decades. Ever since I moved to my new apartment in San Bernardino I have been forced to accept deliveries from one store only. This store regularly provides poor quality food. They will not let me switch to another location.
My order this evening was clear that the orange chicken was to be soft and chewable and not hard as a rock enough to break a window. I got hard as a rock. Moreover, the Doordash driver it spoke limited English messaged me that he was waiting in line to pick up a second order. So while he was waiting an additional 10 minutes in line to pick up an order, mine sat there getting cold and was delivered cold.
I’m tired of Panda trying to placate me with an offer of free meals as long as I do it within 30 days. So they only apologize for 30 days at a time and if you don’t accept it by spending more money you lose their apology gift?
What’s wrong with this picture? Here’s your free dinner but you got to pay for all the service fees and the tax on it and the delivery fee. That’s not an apology. An apology is having it delivered free of charge and doordash can eat the cost of the driver. I am livid. I do not spend $49 at a time to get an order for two only to have both arrived cold.
This isn’t the first time. This isn’t the 10th time. I have lost track of how many times I’ve given Panda a second chance that they keep screwing up.

The security won’t even let you sit outside and wait for your ride because it’s too cold in the restaurant to sit and wait there, will not be back due to the rudeness of how it was handled I told him it’s too cold for me in there and he said “well it’s good for you” sorry to see I am not welcome in front of the place I spent my well hard earned money. I wasn’t loitering just waiting for my uber back home. Wasn’t even out there for 5 minutes .

Ive had food here many times sense they opened and honestly the food is pretty mid and their orange chicken ALWAYS suck , like how hard is it to make proper orange chicken , THATS LITERALLY ONE OF THE MAIN THING THAT PEOPLE ORDER AND THIS PLACE CANT EVEN DO THAT RIGHT, i never try to leave a bad review this dramatic but damn there’s a reason this place has low google reviews.
Caring about how the food is cooked is a good way to stay in business, ive had better food from a Frozen dinner.

Today 2/15/2022 the Mask Mandate was lifted in San Bernardino and other counties. They still had a sign on the door that masks are required. We didn’t have masks and they instructed us where they had them to wear. My wife started to say wasn’t required and stopped. My wife asked for only a little rice and more noodles, though she still got a lot of rice. The portions were not large as did not overfill box usually do. The sweet n sour sauce and other condiments were given in to-go little packets, not the plastic buckets. They forgot to give us fortune cookies and when we asked they apologized for forgetting. The food was good! We sat for a bit after done eating and they were still open and we were taking pictures for this review and appeared to make them uncomfortable as they were asking, “is everything okay?”, “ do you need anything else?”, so we decided to leave.

Warning to all panda lovers and new clients how to save on your order
Horrible mistake the bigger plate is exactly the same size as the (normal plate)
it is falsely advertised
Just order normal plate
The next problem is they say they only serve MEDIUM or LARGE but why when I order a “BIGGER PLATE” they serve me a SMALL ENTREE ? If the ONLY “SIZES”they say they have is MEDIUM OR LARGE
Lastly as you see they served the minimum for a bigger plate I feel ripped off to be honest almost no beef or chicken
They food does taste good but this is not acceptable
