The service wasn’t but you could tell they were having a bad day but its fine, whats not fine Is the amount of food they gave me at this location it was so incredibly light. They also didn’t accept a coupon I had. I checked online and literally every panda express within a 50 mile radius was participating in that coupon except ofcourse this location.

I don’t understand why they not giving a full scoop of entree and let their food stay in hot well and gets old. I used to work at panda and this is not how you should treat your customers, you guys dumb all the food by end of the day anyway.

Charged me a plate and a bowl. They are both bowls. I asked for spring rolls and didn’t get them either. I saw she put some in the baggy but didn’t have them. At least I wasn’t charged for that.

I double checked with the server/cashier if the photo was orange chicken because it was the first time I’ve seen panda express orange chicken like this. She said yes and one of the cooks said it’s panda express’ new recipe. This orange chicken was so spicy and does not look orange chicken at all with all that chilli added on it. They they change the recipe for this store only? Because other stores aren’t like this.

This place is a joke! Don’t support this place, if you can avoid it and eat somewhere else do so! I was there on a Wednesday night first of all i asked them for an extra cookie and they said NO! When I go to other ones they give me like 2 or 3. I was talking to an employee at the exchange and she was telling me that she doesn’t like going to this location because the portions are very small! I got a 3 menu combo I got home and noticed that they are in fact very cheap with their portions! OMG they are taking advantage of the military one because the portions are very VERY SMALL, two they don’t participate in the rewards program and three you are better off going to an outside base location to get your military discount.

I normally don’t eat out at fast food Chinese restaurants due to the poor quality of the food.
However, I was pleasantly surprised today for a more pleasant experience at this Panda Express location on the Naval Base. We ordered the Family meal that was more than enough for 4 hungry people with extras to bring home. Sahar helped our family with providing 3 freshly prepared dishes upon request. We didn’t mind the 15 min wait.
She was incredibly attentive and respectful in her communication and honoring us as though we were the most important customers she was serving.
The teriyaki chicken was prepared without the sauce which we asked for. The beef broccoli was perfectly made with bright green colorful broccoli that were delicious. The Kung Pow Chicken could have used much less sauce in order to enjoy the flavors of the veggies and chicken.
Overall, we enjoyed the good food and delightful service. Thank you Sahar for your attentiveness and beautiful smile.
