I don’t understand why they not giving a full scoop of entree and let their food stay in hot well and gets old. I used to work at panda and this is not how you should treat your customers, you guys dumb all the food by end of the day anyway.

I would give this place no stars. Servers and cashier were extremely rude. She basically slammed my plate of food across their counter to “give” it to me. She didn’t even apologize and just continued to ignore us. And their rice and shrimp whatever was really bland real nasty.

It wasn’t as good as it usually is. The chow mein was pretty dry and tough. The orange chicken wasn’t too bad, but it had a different taste. Even the Dr Pepper tasted weak. Not sure what’s going on as it’s usually pretty good.

Every. Single. Person. who stands in this line is forced to waste their entire lunch break,at minimum. Often, the line is so long you can’t even get though it in an hour. Horrific experience and forces military personel to go hungry because they don’t have the time.

It looks like some people have put in bad reviews for this place but I strongly disagree. This place is one of the most efficient and friendly Panda Expresses and chain restaurants I have visited. I once came in during peak hours with a line of 10 people and was done in 3 minutes. They are an effective team and have an awesome manager. Plus the food is always good. Great place to grab a bite to eat!

Service is good but the cooks are flat out lazy. Every time I ask for steamed vegetables they say it will be five minutes. That’s at lunch and dinner time. Entrees are half empty or empty. Presentation is subpar. Was a good place I guess they just need help.
