Before any flight out of California to the UK, we have a little tradition of having a Panda Express. This one did not disappoint.
Friendly staff (the gentleman who served us loved our British accent!), great selection of dishes and awesome value. Clean restaurant and good parking, even though it was chucking it down outside!!
The food was delicious and I dream of our next Panda Express!!

I came here on January 15, 2026 at 8:50 PM, I normally don’t have an issue, but the customer service was SUBPAR. It took them several minutes to greet me and I get “dirty looks” from the cashier who FAILED to give me:
A. A receipt for the transaction
B. Didn’t ask if I wanted a beverage (NO upsale)
C. FAILED to ask if I wanted any sauces
D. They were SLOPPY with serving me my portions
I normally prefer the Mission Valley Mall location, but they close earlier so I came here. However, I have worked in customer service, you would think they would be more attentive as it wasn’t busy.

I’ve Been Coming To This Panda For Years! Today I Walked In and Was Served By A Gentleman Named ANDREW! Just Wanna Note How Well and Composed He Looked and Seemed To Maintain That Energy Throughout The Kitchen! Very Clean! Be careful, the food is tasty, but the staff are incredibly rude. They were rude to me twice. Once when there was no one in line, and they rudely told me to wait, and the second time when I asked for the toilet password, and they said it was only for customers, even though they had just told me not to place an order and to wait.

Tonight there was just one woman handling the whole kitchen, I’m not sure what was wrong, the chow mein was absolutely tasteless, things just tasted wired, they didn’t put any fortune cookies, i mean for the god sake it’s you your signature cookie how you don’t put it in, no napkins, no chapsticks, no any silverware advice just go to somewhere else

I love that this location is 4 minutes from Hotel Circle. I advise picking up an order two hours before their 11PM closing. I went their 15 min. before they closed. The food was old, hard and unedible. I returned it the next and got my money back. The night before the meal was so GOOD I went back the next night, but arrived too late when the food was no longer freshly made. I highly recommend the location.
