This is my families go to restaurant for outstanding Mexican food. From the seasoned beef to the salsa to the queso, everything I’ve tried here has been wonderful. I would highly recommend this place for an anytime meal.

i placed a door dash order for this place. theres no side if pickled jalapenos on door dash and this restaurant has notes/special requests turned off so i couldn’t ask for a side of pickled jalapeños with my large cheese dip which is all i ordered. i tried to call them but, they kept hanging up after a few rings so i asked my dasher to ask them for the jalapeños. when my dasher asked they refused saying “its an up charge”… customer service 0/10. i dont even want the queso now and its all i ordered/wanted. its snowy and my car is stuck. im out of food and was really looking forward to this. very disappointed:(

Our waiter only came by twice, and you could tell he didn’t want to be there.
We also had a to-go order (burrito meal), which the waiter literally just plopped on the table and left. It was JUST the burrito wrapped in foil in the bag , with no rice or beans.
Bring your patience when you come…..the food takes awhile to come out.

I went there not to eat but to pick something up but when I walked in, the place has a good atmosphere which made me hungry. I ordered their lunch taco to take out. The price was very reasonable especially with prices of food nowadays. As far as the food? Delicious! This is my New Mexican restaurant.

I came in to dine on 1/22/2024 at 310p waited at the door for 4 minutes un greeted. No one was around. I then sat myself at the bar and continued to wait another 9 minutes before anyone spoke to me. When the waiter did finally greet me I jokingly asked if we could start happy hour since I sat myself and waiting so long and he tell me “no! happy hour starts at 4” which was about 25 mins away at that point. So I was not happy with his service then after he brought the food I immediately disliked my arroz con pollo it was so dry ! I had to take a bite then immediately a drink of water just to swallow. It was terrible and I told him I was not going to eat it. He then told me there was nothing he could do because there was no manager on duty until 5p. He offered me a box I said no I am not eating it. Later he came back and asked again if I wanted a box I again said no I refuse to eat that. I had to wait and ask for the check . Once I did get it (around 4:22p) it was not until an hour after he brought it to me that he came and cashed it out (5:17p) saying I was supposed to walk to the front and pay . When I saw him cash other tickets out at the station just fine. Over all absolutely terrible experience I would not recommend this restaurant especially to people of color. I ended up leaving after 5 and still no manager was on duty to speak to.

We went to Pancho Villa in December 2025 with some of my Moms Friends. The Food was okay, not anything special. We sat at a horrible table that was very loose. Worst part of all is that they have Pepsi Products: Don’t go to this Place.

Eduardo was a fabulous server! He takes the time to remember his guests & very fast service. The house Margaritas were delicious & strong. He told us that they are $2.99 from 4-8pm. The food was amazing & quick.
