I wanted to give Pablo some credit for how he handled a situation today. The customer in front of me got upset and stormed out, saying he gave her too much chow mein (which looked like a normal portion to me). Even after that, he stayed calm and professional.
When it was my turn, he was cool, polite, and made my plate without any attitude or frustration carrying over. You could tell he didn’t let the situation affect how he treated the next customer. That kind of composure goes a long way, especially when things get awkward. Just wanted to say he handled it well.

What is happening to this Panda Express?!? Giant pieces of chicken and a big slice of onion in my bowl isn’t very appetizing. I was immediately greeted upon entering the restaurant by two different employees, but the kid who helped me wasn’t very friendly. I’ll go to a different place from now on because their food actually looks and tastes better. I watched the cashier pick up little bits of trash from the flood and go stir the fried rice, without washing his hands! Gross!

Probly been atleast a year since I have frequented a panda expresss, but it was my coworker turn to pick our lunch destination and panda is what he suggested. I was totally down. So I was 3rd in line of which went pretty quick. This short, super cute in my opinion Asian woman helped me with my order, she served adequate portions, and was very polite. I ordered chow mein, orange chxn, walnut shrimp, chxn egg roll and a large drink that seemed a bit to large. Anyhow. I tried to go in the bathroom to wash my hands but couldn’t because someone must have been in there holding it hostage with a number two. Lol. So figured my hands looked clean enough and opted to use chopstix instead of a fork. Food tasted great, store was clean, I was somewhat disappointed in my fortune cookie cuz it pretty much was a statement and not a fortune. Lol. None the less I got a good laugh and took before and after photos. Good good. 😉

If it’s not rice or orange chicken they give you VERY little portions or you get more of the veggies. You pay almost $12 for a plate and they are still stingy. Smh

They had us wait while they made a couple new batches of food i selected. They gave us both free drinks while we waited. The food was good and it was hot. I would eat here again especially since it was much better than the El Cajon one is.

Nothing but horrible experiences at this location. From restaurant cleanlyness to staff being incompetent and food being completely undercooked. Thought I would come here first thing in the morning before the lunch crowd and despite being the only person in the restaurant staff was completely distracted with drive-thru related stuff even though there was no one in the drive-thru? Then they had to charge my card at the drive thru instead of the front of the restaurant which felt suspicious. On top of this the food was completely undercooked, staff was incapable of listening and needles to say I will be getting a refund.
