We came in and ordered a 5 person family meal on a Friday night and so they were out of one of the dishes we ordered. We had to wait a few minutes for the order to be ready, but the representatives were so polite and checked in with us periodically. When the order was complete they threw in an order of free spring rolls because we had to wait. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back.

I’ve been there a few times it was always good. Today I found mold on my wontons. We took them in and they said it was green onion. It obviously wasn’t. They were rude to us especially Jazmin. It took them forever to get us a refund. They just didn’t care. Neither did their corporate.

Absolutely disappointed in my latest order from here.
I ordered a 3 entree and they only gave me 2. One part of the container was completely empty missing my orange chicken.
I also ordered honey walnut shrimp and it was soggy which is a sign that it is old and has been sitting out.
Fried rice and chow mein were stale as well.
I cant believe management is okay with serving food like this.

Clean and Great customer service!! A little boy was running around the place and not letting the mom order or pay so the attendants helped her out and was able to complete her order and get her drink.

Really bad service. Came in with my kids to eat and my daughter had to use the restroom so I went to go ask the lady that starts helping you out with your order right by the entrance and I was like excuse me and she completely ignored me and turned around. So I proceeded to go to the register where a young gentlemen was at and also completely ignored me. I was clearly right in front of him and he left me standing there like whatever. Both employees completely ignored me like if I was not standing there. Worst customer service ever. And this was today 04/01/25 @ around 6:15pm

The food is very, very delicious. I really love this place, my daughter usually gets Chow Mein, and Orange Chicken, And I do love the egg rolls.
