This is the best Panda in LA, and the food is super fresh. There’s always a long line—like 40 to 50 new people every 5 minutes—but it moves fast. The staff are really nice, and the floors look clean. It could use a facelift, though, since it looks a bit older compared to newer Panda locations.

The service here is usually pretty fast. Around Noon, when Cal Poly has U hour, the line can get pretty long and seating can be really hard to find, but if you’re willing to share a table with others it is not a problem. The location is conveniently located amongst other restaurants like Carl’s Junior or Taco Bell Express, and offers pretty much everything a regular Panda Express location would offer.

Poor customer service at this location, the lady that works in the restaurant always feel so entitled and makes the entire order experience just awkward. Makes you feel like you’re stealing and not buying their small portions of food. I wasted 10 min trying to order, plus the bad reception on campus is just not a good combination. I like panda but I rather eat somewhere else

I have been dining in this establishment many times. During the U-Hour, or after I would get out of the class. Of course, during the U-Hour, the place would get crowded. Still, that shows that people enjoy the meals. They had ample of items to choose from, and they were decently priced, as in other Panda Express stores. I have many good memories from eating at this place. It was one of my favorite locations to eat, while being in Cal Poly Pomona.

The food here is very good and it is definitely worth your money. One thing to keep in mind is that it is quite busy at this location especially during U hour. The options are great however, the service is nothing to brag about. There’s a lot of rush due to the line and that can be a bit annoying. The employees don’t come off as friendly and that can diminish the experience, the prices are reasonable and yes the fortune cookies located by the register are free so get your fortune. The drink is not mandatory despite their endless attempts to persuade you its not really worth the price. Overall good spot for food.

We needed to repeat the order several times in order for the server to finally get it right. The vegetables were old and felt like they used the old oil, and the chicken was old as well. Go to a different panda express, it’ll be worth the distance .

I know they have a line out the door but the food was not great. Chicken was burnt and broccoli beef had a weird texture. Chicken egg role was dry.
