I come here frequently and usually just grab my food to go, but this time I ate inside and I’m glad I did because I noticed so much more. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, as always. When we ordered, they asked for our name, which was a little different than usual, but Alinna behind the counter was so friendly and welcoming that it immediately felt positive.

Once we sat down, I did notice a few tables with some leftover crumbs, but by the time we started eating, Alinna was already hustling around cleaning and wiping everything down. She was really on top of it. Her coworkers were cheerful, working together smoothly, and preparing fresh food nonstop. It honestly felt like watching a well-organized team in action. Their workflow was impressive.

The manager was also visible, present, and engaged, which was great to see.

Overall, a great visit. The team was on point, the service was warm, and the food was delicious. Great job to everyone working that day!

My husband and I really enjoyed our lunch here this past Sunday weekend. We both ordered two plates both with teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and chow-mein and sat inside. While eating we saw that the staff member Carla, was cleaning, organizing, throwing out the trash, and was just so energetic and positive while she was working. She smiled at us, and it just made such a nice moment of hospitality for us and we were impressed by her diligence, hand work, and self-motivation. It’s very nice to see this because it means that they care about the presentation and sanitation of their customers.

This Panda Express is amazing! The food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful. The Orange Chicken is my absolute favorite it’s perfectly crispy with the right balance of sweet and tangy. The Chow Mein and Fried Rice are also great sides that never disappoint.

They gave me a faint whiff of the sirloin steak. It was mostly onions and bell pepper in a flavorless sauce. The chow mein was also dry and bland. The only good thing was the orange chicken. This is definitely the last time I give Panda a chance. Go down the street and give Chinese Taste a try instead, it’s right next to the chic fil a. They will load you up at a cheaper price, and the selection actually has flavor. I recommend the fish.

After working through lunch and running around all day, I headed to Panda Express, hoping to get a quick and satisfying family meal for dinner. When I got home it was late and everyone was super hungry especially me.
I was really upset when I tasted the food and found the orange chicken and white rice had hard pieces, the squash in the mushroom chicken was hard, and the teriyaki chicken had to much fat. My husband and kids complained about the same thing. I had to find something else for us to eat. This was not my idea of a relaxing Friday evening when you order takeout, so you don’t have to cook. 🙁
This is the second time I get a bad batch of food at Panda Express.

I called this time to complain and the manager offered to replace 2 items on the family meal. He should have offered to credit back my card for the entire amount of $38.59.
It was 6:45 pm when I got home with the Panda, and I wasn’t gonna go back out to get the food replaced. No more Panda Express for us.

I don’t like giving a 1 star reviews and I don’t like paying for food that’s bad.

The old Asian Lady who is serving the main entrees is rude first of all, and the portion she served me of chow mein was ridiculous but served me a lot of the cheap stuff which was steamed white rice and the portion for the beef broccoli was absurd. I agree with a previous review that someone left stating after all that they got you with the egg roll for $1.50 and then if we want to donate to charity…. Noooooo

Today, I just had to have Panda Express.

Thankfully, there was one at 850 Alosta, not far from my house.

A tall, pretty young lady (they are all tall because I’m short) greeted me on the way in, and I ordered “The Plate” which included rice, noodles, and two sides.

For most of the night before, I fantasized (and ordered) the Orange Chicken, which was a Panda Express specialty. For the second side, I ordered the String Bean Chicken Breast.

Panda carries your choice of bottled drinks, and I selected a Coke from Mexico.

The Orange Chicken was flavorful and juicy, paring well with the veggie taste of string beans.

I love the brown rice that comes mixed with peas and carrots, while the noodles are great with Pandas’ own seasoning.

The restaurant is run by “by-the-book” management who continue to practice the strict Corona Virus cleaning procedures and wash the floor with a garden hose and strong germicide.

But, when the sun goes down at the end of the day, it’s the great Panda tradition of a good old family restaurant, an ingredient long lost in the fast food industry.

Panda Express at the Citrus Crossing in Azusa…great dining for the whole family!

Before the COVID-19, I always liked the Panda Express. The portions were large, you had to be careful opening your box of Food, if you weren’t careful you’d be wearing at least alittle of each item. When COVID-19 hit, I was transferred to 1 of 5, COVID-19 Special Supply Warehouse in Fontana, there was a Panda Express, just down the street. If I didn’t know better you would think I was back in Fontana. I’ll have to get back with you on how it tastes. Also I asked if there was soy sauce and napkins, she assured me that it had both. I never had a problem before, I got to my vehicle I’m glad I didn’t put a tip her jar, things do happen. I had to go back inside. This kinda, sorta reminds me of being in Fontana. Small portions and the taste ??? If this was the only place open at night, I’d have to think really hard about getting something to eat here.
