Don’t go to the chipotle unless you want the lowest portions possible and anything after 8:30pm not being available due to “almost closing”. I’ve went here multiple times and the tables are always messy and the majority of workers mainly the ladies are rude. I’m assuming they are in a bad mood due to management being on their ass about portion sized. Basically they all look like they don’t want to be there which I get. The drinks are usually always empty as well. Go to the chipotle in Yorktown instead. More traffic but way less of a headache.

First time I’ve had this experience at a Chipotle. My bowl had a very large portion of rice in it, while the steak was less than a scoop. Guacamole was a very large portion too, but it was mostly brown. Really unacceptable considering I paid over $17 for a burrito bowl that was mostly rice and nasty guacamole. Really would just love to have a consistent experience, but it’s always something with Chipotle lately. This was by far the most aggravating though.
The taste of the guacamole was very off as well.

This chipotle location has come a long way. Last time I was here was like a year and a half ago… I stopped coming because the people really sucked and the food was even worst. I just came in and wow! I saw brand new faces, heck the place felt better. There was 1 guy and a bunch of girls and they was not playing about food and the service. Great Job! I will now be coming back

I eat at Chipotle locations all over the tri-state area. Several times a week, even. The staff at this location is kind and helpful with the exception of Rob, who I assume is the location manager.
When I arrived Rob was arguing with a staff member at the front register blocking customers from paying, regarding their time off. Strange, but it happens. The server then made a mistake on my order which I pointed out and asked for them to correct.
Rob’s response was that it is my job to watch the servers to ensure they don’t make mistakes on the order. He continued to argue with me back and forth about how it is my responsibility, when I had to finally ask him to stop talking to me and allow me to finish my order with the rest of the staff. He was extremely rude and confrontational. I’ve never experienced this at any Chipotle or restaurant for that matter.

Service was great. They give discounts to law enforcement and military service members. Food is alright just like any other Chipotle. Plenty of seats. Line varies but could get pretty long during lunch.

This particular Chipotle has been under staff for more than a month, but yet you have customers waiting on long car lines for orders you can only place online; mind you the dining area is not open to the public nor is anyone allowed in the store except the few employees who work there. There are no signs alerting drivers who are unaware of the pickup online only service, and many wait till they get to pickup window only to be aggravated and upset that they can’t place an order. This is a deplorable example of fast food business; very lack luster customer service to say the least. I was wondering why there was a shortage of employees in the first place, but I wonder no more.

Consistently awful. Have gone many times and so often after I had to write to Chipotle and I’ve come to conclusion that they’ll never fix it. It starts from the top down and the management is a disgrace. Last time I went, ordered a quesadilla for my niece and came with two tortillas with nothing between it when we got home. This time, I ordered a steak burrito 2X steak and it felt like I ate a rice burrito. These are just two examples of many. I will not be returning any longer. Wish them the best in fixing the disaster they have there.

Terrible Experience
I’ve enjoyed Chipotle for many years and even worked at the second Chipotle location ever opened in NYC. However, my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The manager, Yani, had a very nasty attitude and hostile body language, making my family and me feel uncomfortable. She was also rude to her co-worker, Carmen, which was upsetting to witness.
On top of that, I noticed an employee on their phone while working, which I’ve attached a photo of. With prices going up, this kind of service is unacceptable. Despite being patient, Yani’s feisty attitude made me take my order to go instead of dining in. This was a far cry from the friendly and welcoming environment I’m used to, and it really soured the experience for us.

This is a nice clean chipotle location with easy parking and even a mobile pickup window (drive thru pickup). The staff is nice and friendly but there is no efficiency behind the counter. With 9 people working here on a Saturday, you’d think the service would be better…

This chipotle is consistently filthy and I’ve long stopped ordering burritos because not a single employee knows how to roll one. Every meal I’ve had from this location has been a disappointment. Apparently they consider this squished taco to be a quesadilla.
