I would not recommend coming to this Panda Express in Valencia mall. The portion size they give here is very little and you have to pay if you want refills on your drink. My wife and I came to this Panda Express because we were shopping inside Valencia mall and she got hungry. Out of the options in the food court, she decided she wanted Panda Express. There was no one in line so we were able to walk up and start building our plate. We got half fried rice half Chow Mein, orange chicken and kung Pao chicken. We also got a small drink which was ice tea to complete our meal. The price is on the higher side and we are our food in the food court dining area. They give you a decent size of rice but not that much chow Mein or chicken. The employees are nice and friendly but that was the only good part here.

He serves me wrong chicken, I dont say anything. Asked him if they had the flavored lemonades/teas that I have seen at every location I have visited and he looks weird at me and asks me if I am ok ?? Worst friend rice I’ve ever had, worst orange chicken cause it had no chicken and worst beef and broccoli I’m guessing the food had been sitting there so long it felt like beef jerky. Not to mention portion size has shrunk while prices are higher.

It was yesterday and I don’t know what was her name but the service was the worst of worst. She was very rude and chill-faced attitude to me and when I tried to grab the bowl one and she didn’t really give the enough amount of the meal. Panda express has awesome flavors as always but I was totally disgraced with the attitude in this mall. Never to go for.

The Valencia Town Center location is awesome! Arturo took my order and I fed all my employees with complete satisfaction. Everything was perfect and he treated me with respect. I will order from them again as long as Arturo is there 🙂

Gone those Panda Express way. This location serves dry food as a cardboard. Chow mien is like eating straws. The serving is small and charge you arm and a leg and the service is slower than a molasses. Wow how this business still going on?
