It seems like this place is running it self to the ground as time goes by. They charged us for condiments when they’re complementary with the order and they highly praised one of their dishes and it was awful. I then asked if it was possible to exchange it for something of the same value or cheaper and they said no, after which I asked for a refund and they kept giving me the run around and different answers depending on the server we talked to. I enjoyed this place before but now their customer service has diminished significantly and nobody seems to know what they’re doing.

Amazing food! But the service was even better!!! Our waiter took his time to show my kids how to peel and eat a crawfish! This place had it all wings (massive and delicious), noodles, pho, fried seafood, fresh crab, shrimp, crab legs and crawfish all by the pound!!!!!!! Ask for Daniel! He was the best!

Bug in a soup… I came in to have a meal during lunch and ordered the beef pho. I’m not sure if there was more considering I got through half of the bowl. Pretty gross. I’m leaving 2 stars instead of one since employees were quick to provide a refund. Hoping I don’t get ill from eating here.

So we come for the AWESOME GARLIC NOODLES. It was love at first taste but it’s different than the Edinburg location. It’s a little more watery less garlic but I was still satisfied. The rice I did not care for super bland. A little over cooked. SERVICE was great we were greeted instantly checked on too.

This was an amazing find and a pleasant change of flavor here in the Valley. I saw it driving by and went in and order a basic basket of fried crawdads. They were very good and a real treat. However, while I waited for my “simple meal” I saw some amazing, large and magnificent dinners that were amazing. King crab legs, all kinds of stuff. There was a young couple there that were all dressed up and sharing very large plates for two and the girl definitely knew what she was ordering. Quality food and a nice change of pace in an environment that is uplifting and clean. Lastly, there was a gentleman that I believe was a chef that I could tell was very proud of the meals he was preparing. It was nice to see. I will be back soon …

First time trying crawdads! They are something that may take a bit to get the hang of but they were very good. Best andouille sausage we’ve ever had and should have gotten more potatoes and corn. We ordered the regular spice- glad we didn’t get extra spicy! Also got a shrimp basket which was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Finished off with beignets, which were excellent! One order was plenty for the two of us to share even though we were tempted to order one for each of us. Service was great. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Even demonstrated how to peel and eat those little mudbugs!

if you’re looking for an unforgettable meal, you have to visit LA Crawfish in McAllen. This restaurant is a true standout, and it’s fantastic for the whole family. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their service is prompt and helpful, making for a very pleasant dining experience.
I can’t visit without getting their crispy shrimp basket—it’s absolutely amazing and a must-have every time. But the real star of the show is their shrimp boil. The Cajun seasoning they use is out of this world, and it perfectly coats the shrimp, potatoes, and corn in a flavor you just can’t get enough of. And, of course, you can’t get enough of the fresh crawfish. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and generous portions you receive, making it a great value.
LA Crawfish is a perfect spot for families and anyone who loves great seafood. With a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and incredible food, you’ll leave happy and already planning your next visit.

LA crawfish started off good when they first opened . Thought it was a little expensive but craw fish is a once in a while thing to me. This time I picked up the food and ate at my house but was totally discouraged in the preparation of the craw fish. Boy we’re they dirty, full of mud. No it wasn’t the spices it was mud form not properly cleaning the crawdads. I myself have made them and no way I would boil them like this. Where’s the pride in making crawfish ?? I won’t be buying food from LA crawfish again

Great place with a great taste, the only problem with there food is the portions of there servings and the waitress that work there are too slow. They just need a good manager to watch out over the workers because it’s annoying that your eating and have to be getting up every once in a while when you need some assistance.
