This is a nice Panda Express their staff is friendly and the food is always fresh when I come. It’s an Innovation Kitchen location so they’ll have special promo items which aren’t available at regular locations. They just debuted a new robot server which brings your online order to your table. Finally this location has a separate tea bar next to the food area where you can watch sports on a couple TV’s. There’s plenty of free parking outside in the shopping center lot.

Not only was this the most delicious panda I’ve ever had, but the service here was AMAZING. They were quick, accurate, and very hospitable! The location was super clean, and very very pretty, with a corner that looks unlike any panda I’ve ever seen, and perfect for small group that might want to take pictures. The bing was a very unique menu item, which was also pretty good, and I’d recommend you try at least once of you haven’t yet.

Wow! Really nice experience at this Panda Express Innovation Kitchen!!! loved their wrap or Bing it was delicious!! Got one side and two entrees and it was pretty filling! This place is sooo innovative and their tea bar fell in love with their strawberry lemonade freshly made there on the spot! I just gave it a four because the place could be cleaner but the place even had some very relaxing chairs and some TVs to watch like at the comfort of your house it has outdoor seating and high chairs, along with wheelchair accessible entrance. Their menu has a couple interesting items you might want to check out like quinoa and brown rice , glazed carrots and Brussels sprouts, super greens (steamed kale and broccoli ) and many others! it’s so nice to eat and enjoy all the spiciness you want without the hassle of the sauce packets and their cool soda dispensers! I was looking for their ordinary fountain drinks and was very impressed by their innovative soda dispensers. Would definitely recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you are a fan of Panda Express and are passing through Pasadena (as we are from Colorado), this place is a must. Not only do they have the regular fare, but they might be cooking up something new like Sizzling Shrimp and Shrimp Fried Rice as I am having today. My daughter always loves the orange chicken, the price is not outrageous as so many things are these days, and the atmosphere is fun. I have to thank these guys for keeping us Asian families fed.

Quick fast food restaurant. Food is so so, Server (Emily) was extremely rude. We ordered Kung Bao shrimp and knowing this dish will be charging extra, which is fine with us. The only thing is we only got 3 shrimps in that dish. I asked Emily to give us more shrimp, her answer is No. She explained to me that they can only give one scoop per dish. I think it’s rediculous and inconsiderate.

They never put enough food in the containers, the bowl amount is the same as the kids meals. I had to wait an extra 8 min because a new bill machine did not have enough change. It’s always something at this place.

They didn’t have a lot of special items this time. The quinoa fried rice was good. I will always prefer it over regular fried rice now. The hot and sour soup was just $1.5 and it tasted exactly what I expected, which is prob a good thing.
