The food tasted good yet the service was bland. In consideration that their staff is one of the top earners in almost all big restaurants, I would expect much more from them.
I asked the server on the food line for a bigger plate (3 entrees and 1 side). I informed her I wanted chow mein, orange chicken, and fried rice as my entree and mixed greens as my side. Instead, I received a sense of entitlement from her claiming that I can only have Orange chicken as my side. The stores menu clearly says Orange chicken is an entree.
To add on to an already poor interaction, I leave my food on the table for just 5 minutes to use their restroom with a full 1.5 liter water to return back to my table to find out it has been thrown in the trash! I was gone for 5-10 minutes! Does the staff use their brain at all? Who would leave full 1.5 liter of water in this economy and not return to their table? The staff was passively inconsiderate.
After a long day of work, I don’t deserve this!

We went to this Panda Express because the one in south pasadena had a rat at their location. This one is super clean, the service was quick, and the people working there were great. The food was fresh and amazing for fast food! Def coming here again.

i come to this location very frequently and honestly, it’s one of the best pandas i’ve ever been to. the food is always fresh, the service is always nice, and the place is always very clean (see pic of 100/100 pasadena rating on the door).
plenty of seating indoors, with a couple of chairs and a table outside, too. all wheelchair accessible.
can get busy during lunch and dinner hours, especially with mobile pick-up + indoor crowd, but they’re always pretty quick in handling everything. highly recommend this location.

I only give the extra star for the food. It was one of the worst customer service I have ever received in years! Went there to pick up my online order. I went into the store through the front of the store. Kimeko decided to ignore me and helped other male customers who came from the back of the store instead. After she kept helping like the 3rd male customers, I got upset and spoke over the other customer to pick up my order. She said that she needed to see my phone. I asked her to check to see if they were ready first. She checked and said she couldn’t find them. I had no choice but to go to my car to get my phone. I got back to the store with my phone and showed her the order number. She saw it and said I had to wait for another 10 minutes for the teriyaki to be done. I waited and waited and she put my order on the back of the counter until I confronted her how much longer I had to wait. She then threw my order to me and walked away. I was left there in shock with her horrible customer service. I saw another helper in the store and I asked her for this horrible staff’s name. She told me that her name is Kimeko. Those female customers out there ever see a shorter than average size, Asian looking chubby female there, I would advise you to ask for another person to help with your service. I don’t think any of us deserve any form of gender discrimination.

A “fun” place in general. The place is very well cleaned and maintained. Very interesting and creative “paper-fan” lighting. The staff is honestly helpful and the Hot Orange Chicken is extraordinary. Communal tables are available. The food is consistently enjoyable.

I ordered a larger plate supposed to come with 3 sides I open my box and it’s only 1 side and totally got skimped out on another side . It also happened today to another coworker of mine he ordered and got skimped. Be sure to watch these employees and make sure if your paying $20 a plate u get what you ordered

Was totally starving and walked in for some quick food and boy did I get it! Everything fresh hot delicious crispy, employees were incredibly kind and attentive. Unfortunately they don’t have Beijing beef at this location but with the tastiness and freshness of the other items, I’ve left with no complaints.
