What kind of business is this?

I had a bad dining experience on April 6, 2025. My order was a plate with two items—beef and broccoli, and cashew chicken (which was excessively greasy)—along with white rice and power greens since chow main was out for 10 minutes, so I could not get it on my plate.

Their rice was tasted awful because they did not properly wash it before cooking. Having grown up eating white rice, I can immediately tell when it hasn’t been washed—the cook was simply lazy or did not know how to cook rice. Don’t get me wrong, unwashed rice is still eatable, but washing it before cooking removes unwanted insects or debris.

As you know, fried rice is made from white rice, but when too much seasoning is added, it’s impossible to tell if the rice was properly washed. Unfortunately, many restaurants serve us rice this way. And this restaurant was one of them.

I sent this feedback, along with other complaints about my experience, to their headquarters as constructive criticism on April 6.

On April 23, they finally responded with an apology, but they also asked for more details about my order and pressured me to reply within three days. After enduring the chaos of tax season and helping my client navigate a major issue, I didn’t have time to play along with a business that took weeks to address my claim.

I felt frustrated once again. So, I reminded them of a simple logical point: If they truly cared about my issue—which is ultimately their issue—why did it take them two weeks to respond? And why, after such a delay, did they demand that I reply within a short timeframe?

Their third response to my strongly worded letter was to ask for permission to send me a coupon. But again, they imposed a deadline—I had to reply within three days, or I wouldn’t receive it.

What kind of business operates this way?

It’s clear they care more about protecting themselves than addressing my concerns. Given their attitude, it’s no surprise I had a bad experience at their restaurant. If they truly cared about customers’ health, I wouldn’t have received such poorly prepared food in the first place.

Whenever I come to this store the food is never ready and they don’t respect employers. That we are we always pass people first, after we meet is a complete lack of respect. We have time to deliver the food and they don’t respect it anyway and it’s still okay and the manager doesn’t care to change these today as a large part of the remuneration they earn through us, we make a lot of them, so there’s more respect for the people.

This is the worst Panda Express I have ever been to in 10 years !!! First of all they won’t answer their phone I called six times because I couldn’t find the panda on Google maps it shows in the completely different area…. Second of all bathrooms for employees only how stupid is that… 3rd they act like they’re doing you a favor by giving their food attitudes no smiles just total jerks… And last begging for donations after your meal that is pathetic…. Read this well people I don’t write too many reports and if I do they’re usually good this place sucks

I love Panda Express but not at this location. This location charges a lit more and gives less for the money. The lines can be very long depending on the day.

The food does not taste that great here either. Very chintzy in the ingredients that come in the dishes also

The food is always good at Panda Express but I feel that for the price they should give you a little more. I usually spend almost $60 dollars or more for a family of 5, that’s alot of $$ for the amount of food we get. But it does taste good, that I can’t deny. This location is crowded at times but the line goes pretty fast.

I ordered a large red take out box to go of black pepper chicken with onions and celery and it was awfull. It was mostly onions, no celery and the chicken was like crumbs, it was so tiny. The chow mein tasted like plain noodle with no flavor, it sucked and i spent 15 dollars. 10 for the entree and 4 for the side, all together 15 bucks, what a waste of my money. If you go here dont order the black pepper chicken and chow mein and the last time i was here, the fried rice gets hard like raw rice when its cold, its crappy food here.

The food is ok but the customer service is terrible. The cashier stood there and just looked at me like I was disturbing him. This mall is empty quite often so there really should be a better appreciation for the customers they do have. Very disappointed.
