Dear Panda Express,

I just wanted to say thank you for the exciting mystery experience I had with my recent order. According to the clearly labeled container, I ordered Beijing Beef. However, when I opened both plates, I discovered a bold reinterpretation of that dish—Beef and Broccoli. On both plates.

I have to say, the consistency was impressive. Not only did one order transform into beef and broccoli, but somehow both managed to achieve the same culinary metamorphosis. That kind of coordination is rare.

Now, don’t get me wrong—beef and broccoli is fine. But when someone is expecting the sweet, crispy glory of Beijing Beef and instead gets a double serving of broccoli diplomacy, it’s a bit of a plot twist.

The label said Beijing Beef.
The container said broccoli.
My taste buds said confusion.

Anyway, just thought you might want to know that somewhere in the kitchen, Beijing Beef appears to have gone missing and broccoli has taken over the operation.

Thanks for the adventure. I’ll be over here looking for the crispy beef that the label promised.

Showed up before 9pm to order food and was greeted by the rudest person ever at drive thru letting me know their kitchen was closed and they didn’t have food to pick from. Then went ahead and laughed when I asked what they had. They literally only had 3 things to pick from lol. The guy at drive thru was so happy when we told him we wouldn’t be ordering anything. The store says they close at a later time. Why are they closing the kitchen 2 hours before the restaurant closes??

Panda absolutely does NOT care about its customers. They will serve you old mushy food that’s been sitting and they charge you too much for the garbage they serve. I don’t know why they are in business.

We went thru the drive thru. This sesame chicken is Soooo soggy.. and they know it. Those green beans are shriveled up and the chicken is old and been sitting.

I DESPISE Panda.

You should go to Best Lees across the street and get FRESH food.

Placed an order through Uber eats. Three of the objects on the order were missing so I called Uber. They told me to call the Panda Express to see if something could be fixed. When I called nobody answered. Then I called again. Somebody answered and then put me on hold. Called a third time she answered the phone and this was a really rude employee. She answered the phone. Didn’t listen to a word I said said that I should get a refund from doordash. I said I understand it is frustrating to get a call like this that you guys are probably busy but I am a customer as well and I am asking you for help and she hung up on me again. When I called back no answer. So I went to the Panda Express physically. When I got there I wanted to pull into the drive-thru because I am currently sick and did not want to contaminate the lobby full of other people and food. The same woman who answered the phone stuck her head out of the drive-thru window after telling me that I need to come in to the lobby I said there was a car in front of me. She said you can still pull up so as I pulled up she stuck her head out the window again and said well don’t hit that lady’s car in front of me. So I waited probably 4 minutes. Then when I came into the lobby I had another woman fix my order and this woman who was at the window had kind of a bestie at work with her who kept briefly coming over and listening to the conversation of Olivia, the manager and I go over the situation. I work in healthcare and I know better than anybody what it’s like to escalate a situation and then get physically assaulted because the angry person does not want to listen to reason. Now that is not who I am, but this employee made an already frustrating situation 10 times worse. Then she proceeded to have that irritated person physically come into the lobby and endanger the rest of the employees there had I been a less scrupulous person. That’s exactly what would have happened and a Karen episode would have been filmed and posted on tiktok. I don’t recommend ordering from Uber or doordash because other reviews have said that this place also gets their orders wrong and if you just want to eat there cool. But if you want to take away, I recommend going into the building and ordering your food and walking out with your order. Olivia, the manager was great.

This is the second time my order has been messed up Within a week. The little girl working the drive up window is rude And sucks at her job does not give you any fortune cookies nor offers any sauce or ask if she can get you anything else. My receipt says one thing And I opened my box and it’s completely different than what I ordered

Their rice is mushy, the meat is slimy and gross. I don’t go there often but when I do I remember why I don’t go… a waste of money, my kids thought it was nasty too:( Any time I go there I end up sick . I don’t know where they get there ingredients but they need to change something, it’s disgusting

This fast food chain is one of the most consistent out there. It’s hard to believe a chain could make food this good. Always hot and fresh. Kung Pao is great and very spicy. All of their food is great.

They were out of mushroom chicken so I waited 10 minutes then they made a mistake and I had to wait 10 more minutes. No problem!
They offered me free vegetables and when I got the order, there was chicken the size of a dime, two pieces total. Orange chicken was hard to chew, old..
This has happened in the past I would totally avoid this location find somewhere else or eat at home

For starters the female working drive thru was rude. Name on receipt says Dionna. Scratched the pin off a gift card that was just received and told us it was not redeemable. Couldn’t give the pin she used because you couldn’t see it. Aside from that. Food was cold and soggy. Not a great experience. Guess I’ll drive the extra 2 miles to bernalillo from now on.

I’m genuinely so upset with this Panda Express location. They have gotten my order wrong three times now, and at this point it’s not a mistake, it’s a pattern. I double-check my order, I’m clear when I order, and somehow it’s still wrong every single time. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for food you’re actually looking forward to, only to open it and realize it’s not what you asked for. I shouldn’t have to keep fixing the same issue over and over. I’ve given this place multiple chances, and they’ve all been disappointing. I won’t be coming back.
