My kids love to eat and play here. The place is clean and the service is great. Bathrooms are mostly clean and the playground is great. Staff is friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcomed. We always like to see staff making sure we got what we need and walking around making sure the playground is clean to prevent slipping. That’s a plus for us! Definitely recommend coming here.

I placed a mobile order thinking it would be more efficient. We spent 15 minutes, maybe more, in the line behind 2 other cars. I was at the first window so I could see inside. I saw multiple workers with no urgency to help get the drive thru cleared. The car in front of me was understandably upset because he was there longer than me and all he got was a sundae. After we finally got our food and got home our 4 medium fries were cold, our sandwiches were messily made AND they gave me the wrong pies.. overall it was a horrible visit.

As far as McDonalds go in the tri-cities the 395 location stands above the rest in quality, cleanliness, and customer service. If your a dasher they never leave you standing around waiting for assistance. As a patron you can expect to find your meal made quick and with care.

Absolute waste of time and money fr. Every time i order breakfast there’s something missing or messed up w the order. Am convinced that this location specifically on Kellogg, is a literal joke. Theres 0 reason why customizations wouldn’t be possible or done correctly when i take the time on the app to remove it myself before placing the order and going to pick it up. The first time we let it go, but this is getting ridiculous, complaining here bc the app is little to no help in compensating for the missing/messed up items on order. There is no reason why a million dollar cooperation can’t refund or replace their mistakes. Take some freaking accountability or do ur job right the first time.

The man taking my order did not listen. I ordered a root beer and an iced tea. He replaced the root beer with an iced tea and gave me a completely bare chicken sandwich. Absolutely not what I ordered. The attitude was bad enough to not get what I ordered. Very upsetting.

My son loves the happy meals. He doesn’t get enough to make him full in the happy meal so I usually have to buy an extra 6 piece nugget. He also keeps getting the same toy. Other than that he loves it.

Play place is disgusting. Food and garbage everywhere, trash is over flowing. The tables, benches and floor are all sticky.

Great location but so so dirty. Floor needs sweeping and mopping everywhere. Windows, seats, counters, beverage area really need to be wiped down. Toilet in handicapped stall of women’s restroom shoots up water everywhere after you flush. Sink & counter was splattered with muddy water. Not excited about letting my 2yo run around. Friendly service all around.

Payed for my food at the kiosk. Did not get a receipt or my food. Staff was extremely rude and claimed it’s not there problem. I have proof of the transaction on my phone and had to dispute it with my bank. Don’t trust the kiosks here!!!
