Food is great but I recommend the drive through for a better experience. You can stand there first in line for almost 10 minutes while you watch all the employees preparing food for the drive through line, all the while completely ignoring you as you watch the dish you wanted to order disappear to the drive through. And it’s not like there was a line of cars at the drive through. I could see on the monitor.

Great food experience when we were on a long road trip from WA to Mesa, AZ. We wanted Chinese/Asian food and got sidetracked looking for a Chinese restaurant. Then had a brain flash…”Panda!” and found one close to GasBuddy’s cheapest Kingman gas…Win-Win! We both loved the Kung Pao; I had Chow Mein and my wife had 50/50 Fried & Plain Rice. The Broccoli Beef was perfect; tender and great-tasting.

I use to like Panda Express but when I went to the Drive Through and my order was not right and when I got home and saw i was shorted on my order, I called them and went back and was only given 1 of my missing items I was not happy so I just said Screw it and sucked it up to my loss. The food was OK but I’ve had better from Panda. I won’t be going back again any time soon. ☹️

My online order for delivery said I had to pick up. I tried to call 20+ time and reached a recording that disconnected the call every time. I was unable to reach anyone at corporate site but did fill out complaint form. I reordered through Doordash and it was, as always, a great experience. My washer said Panda Express is horrible to deal with, as well, so I know it’s not just me. It is inexcusable that a business like Panda cannot be reached by phone. Ill make my orange chicken and chow mein at home from now on and avoid the hassle.

The food is always great here. But on the other hand. Anytime I come here past 9:30 I’m told there’s limited steam table and it’s always the unpopular unwanted items. What even is the point in being open until 11:00 if you aren’t serving what’s on the menu until then. I work in the resturant industry and I serve guests until closing time, that’s how it works. For a place that pays well above minimum wage you’d think the staff would want to be there. Those of us that get off late have limited options and just want something to eat after a hard days work. I guess the people here don’t know what a hard days work is though so it’s whatever. Do better

As a DoorDasher, I cannot emphasize enough on how poor their customer service was towards us me today. This has happened to me once in the past as well here. An order I was picking up was ready and on the stands there ready for pickup and most of the employees there saw me and knew I was there to pick up a dash order and only ignored me, this went on for several minutes of just being started at and not helped, I decided to pick up the food myself, knowing that I had the correct order and was taking a picture of the receipt. Only for one of the employees that’s tall with blond hair and glasses to walk up to me to say I can’t do that. But she couldn’t walk up to me earlier to give me my order. Us Dashers are not getting paid for waiting long. Plus the customer’s food is getting cold the longer it sits there. We take the hit when it’s the restaurant’s fault. Usually the employees there would quickly come to ask me who am I picking up for but apparently this time they decided to just stare at me waiting there. I would say that the manager has to make sure we’re being tended to with the same amount of attention as the regular customers eating there at the restaurant. Had I not gotten the food myself, who knows how long I would’ve been standing there waiting for an order that was already done and getting colder by the minute.

As a type II diabetic Panda has my favorite fast food “cheat” that doesn’t spike my blood glucose. I do this when I get lazy. I get the super greens with double Grilled Teriyaki Chicken no sauce. If I am lucky they pile on the chicken and I get two meals out of this take out fav. My daughter picks this up for me so don’t know about the service.
