Panda Express is a great spot for a quick, delicious meal with excellent service. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly, efficient, and ensures orders are served promptly, making it a hassle-free dining experience. The food is consistently fresh, with flavorful entrees like Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef always hitting the spot. The portion sizes are generous, and the variety of sides, like fried rice and chow mein, complement the meal perfectly. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing food to go, Panda Express delivers a satisfying and convenient meal every time. Highly recommend!

There was a long line but it moved pretty quickly. The food was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the honey sesame chicken and the peppered Angus. The lobby had entered of seating and there was music playing but you could still talk and enjoy company. The servers were friendly and kept the line moving even though they had to wait for fresh food to be brought out. The portion sizes were good for the price we paid. We will definitely be returning.

Really disappointed in my visit. First, the lobby and tables were filthy. Trash cans were overflowing as well. Second, the guy serving really shorted us on food. The portion size for the bigger plate was just insultingly low. His overall attitude was also very unpleasant. The only saving grace was that the food did taste good. So the cooks did their job right, but the rest of the staff really dropped the ball this Friday night.

Ordered a plate with teriyaki chicken, honey walnut shrimp (which costs extra) and chow mein through the drive through. Didn’t get the chow mein or the shrimp and got rice instead.

Not a safe place at night as they allow drunk people who were arguing with each before walking in. I watched a family walkout with small kids as they were falling all over place in the entryway. I told the employee and they did nothing. One of the guys asked other customers to buy them food. I asked the drunk guy to leave. Then an employee over the counter asked what the problem was between me and the drunk people. Mind you I am a 5 foot female. Both the employee and both drunk people were over 5’8. I walked out. I will be reporting that to the management team in the morning. I have never felt that unsafe in Flagstaff. That was poorly handled.

Panda Express #3505, 2/15/24, 11:35:22AM, Order: 164826
When I arrived the store manager and two others were sitting at a table as the line of people started getting longer. The food that was available to serve looked old and non appetizing. I waited until noon when I finally received my order. The line was even longer, and knowing that the lunch rush was coming, this location was not prepared to meet the customer satisfaction Panda Express publicly expresses. When I asked the manager for a free Watermelon Mango, she responded she could only offer soda. They are not paying for these items, and should strive to meet customer satisfaction.

The foods are extremely expensive, we spend more than $13, even though we have a coupon. There’s very little amount of food, still hungry after eating it. We ask for to-go, they didn’t give us any chopsticks, forks spoons nor napkins. They also forgot to give us receipt. When we ask them for receipt, it’s takes forever for them to print the receipt. It’s really bad.

The entrees seemed significantly smaller than what I had expected, leaving me feeling unsatisfied after finishing my meal. Considering the prices charged at Panda Express, I had hoped for more generous servings to match the cost.
Speaking of prices, I found them to be quite high for the amount of food provided. While I understand that fast food establishments often come with a higher price tag, I expected better value for the money I spent. The combination of small portions and high prices left me feeling like I hadn’t received good bang for my buck.

Had to run back inside after using the drive-thru. Ordered honey walnut shrimp, grilled teriyaki chicken, and half and half rice/chow main. Luckily, I parked in the mall parking lot to eat and saw my plate was just fried rice and orange chicken. Normally, I wouldn’t mind, but I did pay extra for the shrimp. Ran in, and they made my plate correct free of charge. They also skimped me on the shrimp with only 6 pieces. This location and the west side location both have decent service but long wait times, especially during the lunch rush. From now on, I highly recommend you check your plate before taking off from the drive thru, especially if getting a premium entree or a big order.
