Pop-standard panda, everything was normal except my staple option. Have to take a full star off due to the over-spiced orange chicken. Most fine dining establishments such as this provide fantastic, cookie-cutter recipes that are dependable and reputable. I am disappointed the chicken was not up to code, though chef Mike did a slap-dash job in the continuing of my meal the next day. The rice was excellent, would recommend.

I didn’t expect what I got, considering all the questionable negative reviews before mine. I am on the road and was looking to spend around $10 on a predictable lunch close to the freeway that didn’t require parking fees. As soon as I got in the door, I noticed how clean it was. I was greeted within 3 seconds of standing there. I used the bathroom while waiting for my order and enjoyed an immaculately clean, single user bathroom. Unnecessary to engender so I hope to see a family use sign on both next time Im in town. My order was done by the time I came out of the bathroom, around 5 minutes. Worker wished me a good day and asked me if I needed anything else. Napkins, straws, utensils, stocked.
Also the food was PHENOMENAL. Best tasting Panda Express ever!! I got a plate with String Beans & Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and white rice. Very fresh, very flavorful, great texture.
Panda Express needs vegetarian options on the whole tho.

They had recently been slammed, it was obvious by what was left when we arrived. We were met with a smiles and after placing our order the things missing were politely called out by the front line and came from the back FAST! The workers were having fun banter and good clean conversation while taking care of each customer in an attentive way. It felt as if everyone there liked their job and their coworkers, even the sweet gal sweeping mounds of food from under the table next to us. We thanked her for what she does having to clean after people like that and she was smiling and not complaining at all. We HIGHLY recommend this Panda Express!

I really wish that these restaurants would do online orders differently because what the hell is the point of ordering your food 45 minutes early and then going in the restaurant and still having to stand there and wait a lot like some of us again are on a lunch break and you’re cutting into it because you’re not ready. Like why have mobile ordering at all if you’re not gonna be ready and you can’t handle your flow correctly.

Absolute trash service. More than half of the time you go here you have to wait 10-30 minutes extra for your food and they don’t seem to care. Almost every time I go through the drive thru, I had to wait in the parking lot forever for them to bring out food, and half of the time they don’t, so I have to walk in and ask where the hell my food is. If you order online, they will mark your order complete, then have you wait. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Every worker here should be fired. Every manager here should be fired.

5 stars all thanks to Bobby and the staff tonight. They had me and out in under 5 minutes with a family meal, and an emotional support eggroll on a night my soul was hanging on by a thread. The emotional intelligence, teamwork, intuition, and communication were all phenomenal. I have no doubt the orange chicken is going to rip through my human per usual but may it do so with a smile on my face because of tonight’s customer service. 5 STARS!!

I had got the bigger plate between 8-820pm fried rice, the new shrimp beef dish, seasome chicken, Beijing beef and side of rangoons. The rangoons were under cook and still cold in the middle, Beijing beef was over sauced and saugy, seasome chicken was ok little to saucy, the new dish was horrible burnt beef sauce shrimp good spice but do not get it, the fried rice had no flavor and still had under cooked rice. Idk if it was the manager not caring how the food came out or what all I know is this place has fallin apart. If you want good asian food and dont mind waiting and spending a little more money little thai kitchen is way better or big bowl noodles.

I have already reached out to Panda Express Guest care about this place because it has been THE worst Panda Express me and my family have ever been to. There is a complete lack of communication amongst the employees. It was not busy at all when we went. They were almost out of every protein and gave us scraps of whatever they had left. Upon requesting for rice or a specific protein to be made, they had us waiting for nearly 10 mins until we finally said something. Just to find out that it was never being made in the first place. Everything tasted gross, flavor was super off. This wouldn’t be a big deal if it were a cheaper place but it costs my family and I about $50 to eat at Panda happily. Getting poor service just feels like getting robbed after paying that much. I hope the managers/supervisors here can take note of these poor reviews and hire more dedicated employees. Never once in all my life has Panda ever looked or treated us like this one.

My Mother and I had the best customer service at this location. TAY was exceptional and so so friendly and accommodating! We have never had such excellent service at panda express and the Manager Donnie, was wonderful as well! Love seeing people that love their jobs and are happy to please others.
