Amazing experience on Christmas Eve! The team went above and beyond to serve us Happy Meals right at the last minute. We were so excited to find the limited edition Disney 70th Anniversary Mickey and Castle toy—a rare find that made our night! The drinks were excellent too, very fresh and crisp. Highly recommend this location for their great service and quality. Thank you for making our holiday!

I visited the one off McKee tonight in SJ and had the best meal Ive ever had at a McDs My Dbl Quarter Pouder was so hot and fresh My fries were perfectly salted and freshly prepared My Lemonade/Sweet Tea was refreshing and my Apple Pie was still hot when I ate it at the end of my meal The staff was friendly and ensured I had the correct order with extra ketchup Drive by all the other McDs to get to this one ASAP ♡♡♡

Food quality is not good at this particular McDonalds, cheese most of the time is not melted, packaging is not good.
Also they will serve you burnt food.
Customer service,several times they have not been polite. I don’t know if they have hearing microphone issues, a few times order wasn’t get right.

Hi , I just got out of doctor office after just getting medicine . I wanted to eat Mc Donald’s and like said this place was normal . The food okay but I felt so disgusted just getting disrespected after this guy called my number and look at me like I’m trash or like nothing. He called my number and started laughing . My order wasn’t wrong i appreciate it . But the behavior and that guy attitude needs a lot of work . Just saying it personally rude I don’t call it funny.

I will only give 5 stars to the employees who take the payments – very nice and friendly everytime.
NOW who ever is making the orders FAIL.
Twice in less than 2 months once for lunch and the other time breakfast.
First my double cheeseburger was a single cheeseburger – had already driven away back to work.
Second time I order egg sausage mc muffin got a sausage only w/cheese. That is a huge difference when all was going to eat was the egg and sausage since i do low carb, Lesson learned. Drive to Wendy’s they are organized.

$5 meal at a nice Mcdonalds.
For 20 years I see no inflation at all with this $5 meal. Clean and nice service at a nice table. Food was brought to my table. Thanks Mcdonal and their employees. I tip them sometimes. Some mistake in order was made sometime and some customers lost control and said that’s why you work at Mcdonalds. Please give Mcdonald employees the respect, because many newcomers to the United States begin their new life here. And many children start working here when they were in school. And remember that Jeff Bozos, Amazon Ceo the world richest man used to flip burgers at Mcdonal. I found that all the food at Macdonald are really good. Very fresh and reliable source of food. Thanks Macdonal for a nice place to relax, to do some work, to enjoy my food and my simple life here in the US. Thanks America for many good things here.

This McDonald’s is in a rough neighborhood, hence no soda machines because some people might not pay and could stay all day for the soda refills. I was in this part of town and needed to use the bathroom. Similar to many other McDonald’s, the bathroom is electronically locked even though locks are not visible to the outside. As I walked up to the register to ask them to unlock the door, I saw a customer paying for a $0.59 coffee in coins in a bag that he just handed to the cashier. The cashier lady showed so much restraint by picking out the handful of coins needed and then returned the bag.
While waiting in line, I noticed that they only allow the recent Monopoly food redemption every 2 hours instead of the official every 15 minutes in the app. This is clearly because people would line up and redeem a bunch of food every 15 minutes since you could get hundreds of free food in the app if you did the free entry constantly. Also the food expires in two days so if they had a lot of free food left to redeem, I can see them going bonkers. I personally have never done that because even waiting 15 minutes for an item seems way too long and not “worth” it but I can see the logic behind doing that.
Anyways, when I asked for it, the lady unlocked the bathroom door for me and I was in. The bathroom was clean but the toilet was filthy with leftover. To me this means that they usually keep it pretty clean but the previous person didn’t do a good job of cleaning after themselves. I cleaned and flushed multiple times to get it into an usable state. When I was done, the potential root cause dawned on me. First, I noticed that there was no auto-flush and one has to hold the lever down for a full force flush. Depressing the lever and then releasing resulted in a light flush that did not provide sufficient water to flush the content down and/or dialodge any remnants from the toilet inner walls. As I was leaving, there was already a lady waiting outside to clean the bathroom so I can imagine how often they have to clean it in order to keep it clean. Great job McDonald’s.
Based on the other reviews, food seems like a miss more often than a hit. I would recommend checking your food carefully before leaving.

So I ordered online for pick up in drive through, then I went to the food pickup section. I got my mcflurry and my milkshake and a lady told me to pull up to the yellow line but didn’t even receive my food. I’ve been waiting in my car for 32 mins waiting for my food that I have yet not received. My milkshake melted and my mcflurry was finished already. I also asked for extra pickles but gave me only 2. Horrible service. Do better McDonalds!

I go to this McDonald’s everyday in the morning for coffee and this crazy lady with frizzy like hair treats me like I’m a dog everytime. She’s shoved the coffee in my hand, refuses to take my order at the speaker and when I went to the window since she didn’t want to take my order she yelled at me asking what I wanted and over charged me. She’s tampered my drink before and I refuse to have her make my drink! Today I asked her who made my drink and she blew her fuse cussing at me in Spanish and another worker got in front of her to talk to me and she was talking mess and cussing at me from behind him! What is wrong with her? Is she racist because I’m white? I don’t understand why she’s treating me like this as I have never done anything to this sorry excuse of a woman. I would like to speak to someone about McDonald’s work ethic as I don’t believe a worker has the right to cuss out their customers!
