Rice was burned, chicken was chew and yet somehow burned, there was a bug in the vegetables, and the teriyaki sauce felt like it was frozen. The first lady was rushing us despite the lack of customers, and very rude when speaking to us. They only served us about a forks worth of chow mien when asked for half and half. All around was a very poor experience.

Ordered delivery. Portions were really small. 3 pieces of broccoli for greens. Ordered double teriyaki and it doesn’t look double. The walnut chicken was really shorted. I don’t have issues when picking food up but on delivery they short your portions since you can’t see the food until after it’s delivered. They shoved napkins in the bag even threw half of napkins inside. Didn’t even get the sauces I asked for under special requests. Don’t order for delivery!

I go here very often. This is one of the better Panda Express I have ever gone to. The food has always tasted fresh and pretty quick too. Hopefully this does not change.

Was going to stop here for food on our way through. Saw all the bad comments about this place and especially the one about the bad treatment the veteran received. Screw this place fr. How is this trash can even still open or not under new management yet. I will continue to shout if you don’t like your job ! Find a new one !!! No one told you to work for minimum wage and complain about it. On top of it no one told you to be 40 years old and make a career out of a fast food restaurant. If you want better do better. Will NOT be spending my hard earned money at this place.

When you order online to skip the wait and lines BUT ORDER IS NEVER COMPLETED ON TIME… I think its Mostly women who work the “frontline” and let me tell you they ARE MEAN! Not friendly with long faces. Cant ask them anything because they will huff and puff.

We ordered the family meal deal with triple orange chicken and doubled fried rice, cub meal with honey nut shrimp and white rice. Side of 2 cheese Rangoon. $50. We get home after a long day and we’re missing not not one item. But 4 items! We called the restaurant, no apology. No offer was made for correction until I requested the items. Employee that answered the phone, “well you can come back and I’ll give it to you. What’s your name?” I gave her my name. End of call. Go online to fill out survey, only get a compromise of a free small entree WITH purchase of 2 entree meal.

When a customer orders a bigger plate and you don’t have enough of an item to give, you think you may want to get with the customer so they can change to another item. The plate with rice was just a plate and a good amount of rice. The chow mein was the bigger plate and not even close to prior orders.

Never gives enough food for the price. (Not the first time this has happened) Usually rude managers that look like they don’t want to be there. They usually don’t have a lot of items on their menu.
