My beef broccoli was literally all broccoli and 2 slivers of beef. My mushrooms chicken had no mushrooms and was 75% zucchini and barely any chicken. I could list more, but overall I was disappointed.

I eat lunch here often and only once in the last few months have I gotten chicken that was meh. The staff is very friendly, and the food is fresh and hot. Yesterday, one of the dishes I ordered had some available, but they let me know a fresh batch was almost done and asked if I wanted to wait. I’ll definitely be back!
Edit: Please note that any of the reviews which mention a drive thru or Raising Cane’s being next door are not meant for this location. There is a Panda Express standalone restaurant located just south of the Tucson Mall on Oracle Road which is what those reviews are meant for. That location is not great (in my opinion), and the one in the mall is so much better! Better food, better service – in fact, although the two are about equidistant from my office, I choose to go to the mall even though I have to get out of my car in the 110-degree heat. Please make sure you’re reading reviews for the correct location, and for reviewers, please make sure you select the right location.

I received my delivery order of teriyaki chicken, but there is no teriyaki sauce!!!! So basically I got a GrubHub $35 lunch and only got to enjoy half of it!! Their teriyaki sauce is delicious but I don’t get any today….. just threw out the chicken as it was tasteless. Had more noodles in my fried rice than rice…. just not as appetizing as it used to be. The employees better get a job elsewhere cuz this place will probably go out soon. Especially since Raising Cane is so close! Panda cannot compare, just help Raising Cane get more customers with their lack of conscientious good service.

Incorrect order, everything was messily slopped into our boxes, mixed veggies were over-salted, and our orange chicken was way more batter than chicken, doughy inside, and the sauce tasted wrong. Won’t be going anymore, it’s gone too far downhill.

Have eaten here before but food has been warmer to hot then today.
The taste is good. I always bring lemon with for fish & shrimps. They don’t have any. It is good food.

Employees are incompetent I will served under the fill line on the bowl and even with the rice and orange chicken it still wasn’t full when I asked for fresher chicken I was refused because it was during a rush my cashier was Coco she didn’t really seem like she knew what she was doing she was struggling no other employees were trying to help her when I asked for the fresher chicken they told me no because it was busy and that’s all they do for the Bulls my bowl wasn’t even filled to the fill line. The manager Alex refused to help me was rude standoffish. Definitely seems like this location could use more friendly employees that actually want to work the cashier seem like she didn’t want to be there and was struggling and didn’t even care to try harder and the manager didn’t care to try and fix his incompetent employees mistakes.
