This is definitely a grab and go type Chinese food. We just moved to Winter Haven from Lakeland and have been looking for a decent Chinese place. It is cleaner than most and has good service. It’s decent Chinese food, it’s hot and fresh. They have tofu and veggie options and we feel like for the price we received a fair portion. I had to give it four stars because compared to our usual place in Lakeland they come in second. We will be ordering again and plan to make them our go to for Chinese. They do have an extensive menu and fast service. People complaining about prices in previous reviews, obviously have not been in a grocery store lately! It is what is people! Go find less. We don’t eat out all the time like most, so spending a little extra is ok. Businesses are allowed to make money. We will be ordering again.

My boyfriend ordered over the phone yesterday and instead of making the food, the order was canceled and then today the order was supposed to be remade for pick up. Well, hours later and still no food. Thanks for nothing. We will not be ordering again. We’ve never not gotten our Chinese food at other Chinese restaurants.

I don’t go to Freddy’s for the atmosphere we do pickup orders. Ashley that takes your order over the phone is great, then she’s great in person too at the counter. Food is always great. The house wonton soup is like a garbage soup with everything in it and SOOOO GOOD! If I’m sick it’s the first thing I ask for. After my surgery last June she even told me just to remind her who I was and she’d have the solid good and broth separated. General Tso’s chicken, Lo mien, Sesame chicken, Fried Rice, beef and broccoli It’s All Great. I’ve never had anything in all the years they’ve been there that was bad. It may not look like it should outside or inside BUT… the good food and service is why we go!!
