Drive through and go home to see the two panda bowls I ordered have less orange chicken than usual. Food is good as usual. I don’t know what ever happened to stuffing the panda bowl until they can barely close the lid.

Not the best experience. Food was okay, but the portions were smaller than usual. The inside of the restaurant was not the best, as the tables needed cleaned. Service was not the best–we came into the restaurant, but the staff were more concerned about fulfilling the online and drive thru orders instead of those who walked in.

I waited for over 15 minutes for chow mein and string bean chicken to be replenished! I just saw one of the cooks finally put the beans in the fryer, but I had to change to another entree because I couldn’t wait any longer. There were two guys cooking, too!! What’s up with that??

If you want to go where your ignored and a dozen drive through orders are priority over you then come here. After no less than 8 employees passed by us the manager says we will be right with you. Too many employees unable to do a fair days work

I went thru drive thru, I order the sirloin which has an upcharge, they only give me mushrooms. I realized until I was home so it was not worth the drive back. Girl on drive thru needs complementary training.

I recently dined at Panda Express and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The Dr. Pepper I ordered was flat and had no taste, which was disappointing. The broccoli cabbage was over-salted and the veggie rolls had a mushy,raw tasteless filling inside. The only decent food item was the ractoons, but even they were only okay. The noodles were bland and unappetizing. Overall, my dining experience was subpar and I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

I came through the drive thru and asked if the string bean chicken is more chicken than string bean, she says yes. i get home to this, ALL string bean. its like if i asked for only string bean, its ridiculous. i called THREE TIMES to have them amend things, surprise no answer. they could’ve saved themselves a bad review if they would’ve just picked up the phone. never coming back to this location again.

Placed an online order last night (Orange chicken, 2 orders of rangoons, chow mein) at 9:00pm. The website said that the meal would be ready at 9:45pm. I drove 30 minutes, walked up to the door at 9:30pm and the doors at the location were already locked. Online it says this place closes at 10:00pm. I see at least three workers inside starting closing duties. I get in my car, go to the drive thru, let the lady know that I placed an online order, and she says that unfortunately they “don’t have anymore orange chicken or wontons” would I like something else? I politely asked her if I waited, would they be able to make the food for me that I ordered, I drove all the way to the location for it. She tells me no. (Okay, I get it, you’re all scrambling to leave work as quickly as possible.) Unfortunately I was forced to leave with food that I didn’t even want, AND I lost out on $15. Never going to this location ever again, awful customer service, worst restaurant experience I’ve had in 40+ years. Is this the type of experience that corporate is wanting for their patrons? I’ll find out tomorrow after making a call.
