Staff was great, very pleasant to interact with. Food was super fresh. Definitely the best Panda this fat kid has ever been too. Coulda done without the lady (customer) sharing her life’s drama loud enough for the whole place to hear, but at least I wasn’t the poor lady stuck at the table listening to her.

Why make an online order to avoid the wait if your employees don’t start making it until the customer arrives to pick up in the drive thru?
Wife made an online order. I see they have a drive thru, tell her I’m gonna pick it up in the drive thru cuz I’m too tired to get out of the car. I get to the talk box/order station and tell them I’m picking up an online order. “Ok, we’re gonna start making it now”
There’s one person in front of me. They waved a few times at the window while I was behind them I’m assuming to get their attention. They get their food and leave about 5 minutes after I pulled behind them.
I was informed once I got to the window it was going to take a little longer, they were still making it. I have now typed this entire review up and watched 10 more walk in customers get served as well as 3 people through the drive thru leave passed me.
Over 15 minutes to put together a Large dr. Pepper and a big plate meal is unreal.
It has been over 10 minutes since my wife got the text that the order was ready to be picked up. The service here is terrible. I have screenshots and timestamps to back it up. 4th person has now passed me in the drivethru online order.
My order was just right now brought out to me at 850 with a “sorry for the wait” with no other explanation.
Order pos# 941851 on the receipt.
Just got to eating the beef/broccoli. Looked for fortune cookie. No cookie. Receipt says 3. Bigger plate.

well order was almost complete . as long as you don’t think fortune cookies are very important . always got at least two . tonight I got a fork and a napkin . And spent a . fair amount of money . No soy sauce or fortune cookie. I guess I shouldn’t complain. but it’s the little things that count right or wrong you decide . Food was excellent as always fresh tasted very good the orange chicken. the tunetariaki chicken and the pepper béef tender and delicious. great job just no fortune cookies or soy sauce. other than that five stars would have been checked

Did a mobile order and basically the whole order was wrong. We got chicken instead of steak. Sesame chicken instead of walnut shrimp. Waited in the drive thru for pick up to go home and eat our meal only to find out the order was not what we paid for.
