Dirty tables the staff never cleans up after customers that are done eating at tables or drink stations. The proportions are insane for beef n broccoli long stalks that taste like chemicals or soap he didn’t rinse the wok well at all like 8/3 ratio to broccoli n 3 small pieces of beef and the noodles were hard as heck! Staff seemed stretched thin but tried to remain poised and pleasant.i just can’t I waited for them to make more it was same result for beef n broccoli, did I mention every pan you could see bottom of like he was scared to put food out and the line was almost out the door no ma’am

It’s only 7:45pm and the staff is cleaning, kitchen closed, only half the menu available, not much options. I ordered takeout, 3 meals. Didn’t notice till I get home how burnt my chicken was, not happy. I can’t believe the person that served this thought it was acceptable to serve burnt chicken.

Needs new staff! I don’t come here to be talked about by your Mexican staff because I want fresh food, specially the Mexican plus sized girl with glasses she is beyond rude and she talks about people in Spanish to her other Spanish co workers. Their is only one worker whom actually does her job without talking about people and she’s Caucasian she’s the only one who’s polite the rest acts as if your bothering them to want fresh food when your the one paying for it.

Went in around 9:24pm on a Friday night and there was literally nothing but noodles and very little portions of other items. This is not the first time this has happened where I have been in and there is a small amount of things to choose. Your management should be changed if you are still allowing for this to happen, as there are many other complaints on here that are about the same issue I have had. Do better!

So horribly slow especially for an online order. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:08 and when I got there they said they had to wait for certain items to cook before they complete my order. More and more people kept coming in and I was watching the workers give the other customers items that I was told I had to wait for to be cooked. They were rude and disrespectful. My food wasn’t ready until 5:38. That is ridiculous especially since I paid a couple dollars extra for the convenience of not having to go to the store and wait…

Arrived at the store at 9:31 on a Friday night. They don’t close until 10pm. They had half a pan of orange chicken, some teriyaki chicken, and something steak out. I asked if they had greens they said no they were out. I asked if they could make broccoli chicken they said no we’re not making any more food. What is out is what we have. Closing the kitchen 29 mins early is insane. Poor work ethic, unfriendly staff. I definitely will never come back.

Got there at 9:23 pm on today (Friday) and all they had was noodles and said they weren’t going to be making anymore food so my family and I went to get something else too eat, they close at 10 pm was super frustrated hope this stops happening
