If I could give zero stars I would! I used to come here more than once a week and the food quality and portions used to be good but the last 2 times going there complete opposite. Horrible service, portion size, food was hard and overcooked and fried rice and chow mein dry and overcooked. The manager of this location lacks people skills and both him and this male cashier are the rudest Panda Express employees I’ve ever seen! I had to call customer service number prior in the morning complaining about the portion size I had gotten for the bigger plate was portion for an ill-fed child and that the meat was hard and overcooked. The guy on the phone understood and apologized for my bad experience at that location and honored me a barcode to use for a free plate. So I went back to that Panda Express that afternoon and explained to the manager the poor portions and food quality. He was disrespectful from the very beginning and had to check the cameras just to see that I was right. Then he gave me a replacement plate and I also ordered a plate because I had that free plate barcode. So the male cashier I’ve never seen before and he was beyond rude! He was assuming I was paying for the plate that wasn’t the replacement plate and I nicely said no the plate is free because I have a barcode because I had to make a complaint on you guys this morning from yesterday. What this cashier did next was the rudest thing so after I scanned my barcode on the scanner for the free plate he kept my bag of food with him for at least 10 min and unprofessional calls the manager who I just spoke with on his cell phone! Then he tells me the manager said that they will never do this for me again and it’s the last time. So basically I’m now told that they won’t ever replace a poorly made meal or allow me to use a barcode sent from customer service for a free item on next visit. I highly recommend not going to this location in the Arrowhead Towne Mall and to avoid this Panda at all costs! Next time I want Panda Express I’m going to the one right down the street right past 75th Ave and Bell Rd at least they are providing great service and are never unprofessional or rude to their customers. I hope this Panda Express located in the mall gets shut down and replaced by a different restaurant!

It’s inside the mall and gets very busy. The staff were super nice and trying g to help us get discounts and build out meals to be cheaper. Due to volume, the food is fresh, but it also runs out quickly of common items. Kids love eating here.

I ordered small honey walnut shrimp that cost almost $8 and the portion was disappointing. I was shocked to see how many shrimps came in this order. Please change your portion size to a more reasonable amount. I will never order this again.

I noticed at this location, they like to move the spoon around a lot to make it seem like they are giving you as much food as they used to, but they are indeed NOT. Was told they would charge me next time because I asked for just a bit more. (The veggies “super greens” are my fav, but they didn’t have any at the time.)

None of the workers had gloves on handling food. When I approached what looked like the manager who was on the register shrugged it off. Come guys you’re working with food and serving it. I lost my appetite.

If I could give ZERO STARS! I would, and you could forget about reporting your staff to corporate because they don’t care either! I called corporate to your entire shift that worked around 7:40 pm and the little skinny young man with red curly hair and thick glasses proceeded to start closing, while my food was still cooking he stood on top of the stove slapping around a dirty dish rags dripping dish water in my food while it was cooking while the other staff continued to watch him laughing in amusement! Then I made your staff aware of what he was doing and her reply was “no he didn’t do that, we don’t do stuff like that” WHEN I WATCHED HIM MORE THAN 5 MINUTES!
I end throwing my food away, just couldn’t bring myself to eat what you had dirty dish water dripping in! Your entire staff should be fired! There was vent dust and debris dropping in my food as he stood on top of the stove, over my cooking shrimp.
I called corporate to report him, but they hung up in my face after I waited 40 min to file a complaint. As soon as I mentioned “complaint” I was hung up on. So take your chances with being poisoned here if you want. I won’t be back!

The slowest panda express I’ve been to. Tried to get food there multiple times at different time but had to walk away due to long wait and no food available. At one point I’ve waited 30 minutes in line. Still no food.
The young guys working there has no concept of customer service nor urgency. They just stand there and talk to each other. And there’s never anyone cooking. And the old Asian lady is so rude and walks away with 6 bags of food waiting to be rang up.
What concerned me last time was the cross contamination. The employee was plating orange chicken and he had the scoop buried in fried rice. My son is allergic to egg so he can’t have fried rice.

This place is slow, not many workers at the times that I usually am working there and I’m on my lunch break which sucks since lots of people (and younger people tend to flock their way on over to the mall) it gets crowded. Long wait lines which go over 20-to possibly 30 minutes.. sigh plus since it’s in the mall there is a little bit more added to your order on the tax part. They’ve also gotten my order wrong when ringing me up as well mostly due to new hires when looking at the difference between two different kinds of entrees. Still overall pretty good
