I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Panda Express! The food was delicious, with a wide variety of flavorful options to choose from. The orange chicken was particularly amazing – crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, coated with a mouthwatering sauce. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. I appreciate the clean and inviting atmosphere of the restaurant as well. I just had the pleasure of experiencing a visit that was beyond delightful, all thanks to Josh! Honestly, if there were a “Customer Service Superhero” award, he’d be at the top of the list!
As soon as I arrived, I spotted him dashing outside like a true champion, returning a forgotten item to a customer. I mean, who doesn’t love a hero who saves the day? Then, he greeted me with a smile that could probably light up a whole city!
But his charm didn’t stop there—he seamlessly jumped in to assist a staff member while still making sure my visit was going smoothly. Talk about multitasking! It’s clear he’s not just a great leader but also a genuinely kind-hearted person who cares about everyone around him.
I left with a smile (and maybe a bit of a crush on the friendly face behind the counter), seek out Josh. He’s the kind of person who makes an ordinary visit extraordinary! Thanks, Josh, for making my day brighter!

We don’t go here often but kiddos asked for it. We ordered online and pick them up. We usually check our food cause we’ve been burned several times where you get home and your order is not what you get. We’ll, that’s what happened this time! We ordered Beijing Beef but we got Beef and Broccoli as you can see in our receipt. We’re 15 mins away so driving to go back would have been 30mins. We just charge it to experience but making sure to always check food when picking up.

Very slow drive thru. The order was repeated back to me 3 times. Get to the way now and they forgot what one of the item. Went inside to use the bathroom and they had the cones up 1 hour and 30 minutes before they close. Came out of the bathroom to see a bucket of dirty water on one of the dining room tables along with a mop and another dirty bucket leaning against a chair of the same table. Maybe the health department would like to look at these photos I have included.

It’s Panda. Not a fancy sit down. Food was warm, tasty, and fresh. The place was clean, orderly, and quiet. Staff was pleasant enough. Nothing to complain about, as good as it should be.

Went through the drive- thru assuming it would be faster because I wouldn’t have to get out of the car as I’m on my lunch break. They told me to park out front in the parking lot and I waited for over 10 minutes for a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein (both were just made so they were full bowls). After waiting 10 minutes I walked inside to find out what’s taking so long and they hadn’t even started making my food. This is completely unacceptable at any “fast” food place as there was literally 1 customer in the store when I went in. Purely lazy staff. Picture so people know I’m not making things up about no one in the store.
