very good customer service. first time trying jersey mikes and it was as good as everyone makes it out to be. got the chicken bacon ranch with buffalo sauce added, it’s was very good.

Here’s an honest review from a delivery drivers perspective..
Arrived at the store Understanding that this was a busy time.. However, when you don’t get acknowledged for 5 minutes, something’s wrong. But even worse, the lady behind me didn’t even get acknowledged My entire time there.
She wasn’t a delivery driver, She was a customer picking up her order.
I just happened to overhear her on the phone with somebody saying how slow they are and the fact that they completely ignored her.
After waiting over fifteen minutes, i was finally told that they haven’t even started working on the order yet and couldn’t even tell me how long it was going to be.
Needless to say, i won’t be delivering for that store again. I will make sure that my fellow delivery drivers know to shy away from this store because of the way they treated me and the paying customer behind me.
I understand being busy is to be expected. However, the rudeness not only towards me but also the paying customer behind me shows a complete lack of respect for the customer.
BTW.. Delivery drivers also should be considered your customers because we eat out a lot., not just deliver food.

Nice addition to the area for a quick sandwich.
Order in the app and it will be ready when you get there even if you’re eating in as the lines can get long during lunch and dinner rush.
Hot tips:
Get the oil and vinegar on the side, this will prevent your bread from getting soggy.
Get the red pepper relish on the side, delish.
Don’t sleep on the Rosemary Parm bread yum!
Good employees, good customer service.
The local mailer with the bogo regular and bogo giants was a nice touch to get people in the door during ramping the restaurant up.

So happy a Jersey Mike’s came to Washington!!! Already been here a handful of times within the first few weeks of the grand opening. Service is great, sandwiches are awesome and they aren’t cutting back on the amount of meat like I noticed a few other locations doing. Looking forward to many many more visits!

The service was amazing, the guy at the front counter was very friendly and made us feel welcome, the sandwiches were made right after we ordered, right in front of us, and extremely quickly but still looked amazing. My fiancé got the number seven, and I got the number nine, both made Mike’s way(no tomatoes for both of us and no onions for her) and holy crap, it was amazing. The sauce mixed with the mayo was the best combination, and the meat was quality and full of taste. The bacon was crispy and gave the sandwich exactly what it needed. I will add photos later when I visit again. Thank you Jersey Mike’s for adding an awesome option to the community.

The manager on duty, Ashley, was an AMAZING person and was handling the area like a good boss. She got my sandwich ready really fast and was super respectful and a good person to communicate with. This kind soul deserves a raise or promotion!

I realize there is a learning curve so beyond saying the service is slow I won’t harp too much on it. Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sub shop and having one close is great…that being said my husband and I ordered a number 8 in the giant size to share and it comes with bacon but they hardly put any on it. It was still a good sandwich but for 19 dollars I expect more bacon.

Had a great experience my first time here tonight. Gentleman taking orders was very fun and outgoing. Couple of the other staff members were new and nervous but handled the busyness of the rush at the time very well. I had to buy another regular size sandwich for the road. The chicken Philly was delicious. I’ll be back.

My sub was great, and the service at the counter was good. However, when I sat down to eat, there was a male worker in the back that was talking very loudly, and having a conversation that was not appropriate. (Heavy cursing) I know people talk loudly, but for that to be the only thing to hear while eating was displeasing

We were there today at 1:00. There was 4 of us to start off 2 more joined later. The 3 of us got our food while 1 didnt, then the other 2 came in ordered food 10 mins after us and still received their food before our 4th person. Wth?! We question it and the staff tells us it has to be remade. Okay. 15 minutes later from asking we are all done eating and that person still didnt have her food. Went back up they said its coming, long story short it took them 40 minutes to get the sub to her! Ridiculus no apologies or anything. Her sub came out with like 5 others, if you mess up you fix that one and send out before completing all other orders!! Food was delicious but that was unacceptable.
