The food is good , but a few times we have gone in 2 hours before close and they didn’t have multiple items and we were told they were not going to make anymore for the night, so we didn’t have much to choose from. The employees are not very personable either.

Overall a decent experience for fast food but twice they’ve forgotten our rangoons. Both times it was when we had to wait for more food to be made so it could have just been because staff was under pressure and forgot.

This location used to be one of my go to Panda stores. But after last night take out, I will never return to this location again. Food quality was really bad. Inedible fried rice, wet and smells bad, trashed. Beijing beef supposed to be fresh, they were very low, and I waited. It turned out under-cooked and hardly any sauce. Service was well below par for Panda’s standard. Worst experience ever.

Why did I wait five minutes for Them to make the steak and mushroom For them to give me a piece of steak in a few vegetables and under that was more of the orange chicken that I ordered, they like covered up the fact that they didn’t make more of the steak and mushrooms Like it’s not that hard to speak up, And say they either didn’t have any anymore or needed to make some more like why are you wasting peoples time?

I visited on 07-10-2025 around 8PM and I will always continue to drive the extra mile for this location! I was excited to try their new hot orange chicken but I was worried I’d get their leftovers for the night and not a new fresh batch, rightfully so because it’s my fault for coming in so late. Also, i’m not one to ask for a new batch to be made especially when its so close to closing time so I wasn’t going to but Summer H. asked me if I wanted to wait for new fresh batch to be made, that was so kind because most DON’T do that! I agreed to wait and she gave us our drinks for free due to the wait! Her kindness didn’t stop there because after the very SHORT wait she offered us a free appetizer for the wait. I had to deny the offer of the free appetizer because I believe in not taking advantage of someone’s kindness and the free drinks were already awesome enough!! She’s a great, awesome, and a kind team member! People like her help others who have social anxiety to get a decent fresh meal. I will always return to a location that hire’s employees with good work ethics / customer service!
Oh let’s not forget when I asked for a handful of their chili sauce they actually gave me a decent amount for both of us instead of the lousy 4 packs I normally get when I ask for a handful. The team working last night went beyond my expectations for a fast food place, ALL of them had great attitudes.
