I came to get an order yesterday at 2:54pm and it was burnt and old . When I called the manager Estefania s she asked for the food back then stated I could have a refund with receipt . I stated we thru the food away she said okay and get a refund so I stated okay. I come the next day and I speak to Liz and I stated the manager told me to come for a refund and she states she has to call the manager. Then she comes back tell me that I have to come during the week and I stated I work and I don’t get off till 8pm. I went out in the son with my toddler just to be lied to then she argues with me. I stated I need a manager to call now or can I call the manager. She stated yes on tues. I stated I am complaining to corporate and she said okay thank you. Worst place and very discriminating. I had the original receipt and then she stated she thought I was talking about a store credit. Listen you heard me when I stated refund because you repeated back to me. I would advise that if your black to it come to this location.

Not much to say because It’s Panda and was consistent with the other Panda Express out there that’s good I guess (not really a huge fan of the place but it will get the job done if you’re really wanting Chinese for the most part). I do wish that they would let you sample the refresher drinks so you’ll know if you actually want it or not.

Me and my fiancé always order from here we never had an issue until today. Liz is a coworker from this place and is very rude. She shouldn’t be working in a fast food area if she’s going to be bad mouthing on people. Especially when you’re regular. Everytime my fiancé comes here to pick up she’s always rolling her eyes or bad talking about him just because we asked to get an egg roll they forgot to give us and paid for !!! she told her coworker “fuck this Guy “ in front of other costumer’s. Liz if you dont like your job b**** then work somewhere else.funny reading through the reviews seems like we all have an issue with her and nothing is being done with so sad. She needs to get fired period !!!!!

Get delivery… Every time they forget something. Today it was my order of rangoons, fortune cookies, no plasticware. They never put terayaki sauce in when i order terataki chicken. It’s like they try to put the orders out so fast they forget to complete the order. Boooo….

Half star rating. Witnessed an employee taking out the trash drop a discarded food container with food inside on the floor and then proceeded to pick it up. She then went to the online food order area and touched several of the orders before handing them out. WITHOUT changing her gloves after handling disposed food that dropped to the floor. Then went directly back to taking out the trash… Luckily she didn’t handle my food (wish I got her name) But they did forget my broccoli beef entree and when I went back in, Liz gave me a side order container of an entree, so paid for an entree and got a spoonful…

I love Panda! Any city, any location, I stop by! I asked specifically if it was made fresh( orange chicken and Beijing beef) anyone who eats Beijing beef knows its only good crispy.. and it was soggy, I had a hotel 1.2 miles down the road,, so it wasn’t the road trip.)I saw rice was fresh, although I am NOT a fan of the rice I just get it bc it’s cheaper with 2 entrees, if they added oil and fried it and rinsed the rice one last time so its not so sticky..anywho,that’s every location..smh.. all I wanted was fresh food as I know they make some fresh ever so often after a batch gets low or they get enough complaints. I should have got a refund. It’s still sitting here. Unlike usual where I bite some first, nah, BUT the wontons were good with plenty cream cheese and the egg roll wasn’t bad either! Customer service was eh, 5/10. Definitely tried to upsell, but not helpful with “making it a combo” the menu doesn’t have that option but yeah…I’d go try another location, and they do NOT have a drive thru, also disappointing that my feet hurt and I still was willing to walk out the car to try em! Maybe next time..
